On the 21st April at 11:30pm UK Trials dealer SplatShop were hit by a break-in. 5 people were involved with the burglary and came in 2 vehicles, please see the pictures below. I had 3 bikes stolen February 13 and after almost 2 years have managed to recover 1 out of the 3. I won't go into to much detail, but I saw the bike advertised on scumtree, viewed the bike as soon as possible to confirm and then headed to the local nick to report it. The local plod was very disinterested, but I have to credit my local police who have been great, and got the bike back. The chap who had the bike is not believed to be responsible for the theft, but instead had paid hard earned cash to the scumbags which took it. I regularly check auction and sale sites and have key words saved to narrow the results, I identified the bike on the advert from some small feature…

I received a phone call of a mate of mine on Thursday morning someone tried to have his bike away on Wednesday 17th. He lives in Igleby Barwick (thornaby) they smashed his van window and pushed his van forward to tackle his garage door once they managed to get through the lock on the door the house alarm went off so they left. Both were on the same system luckily. When he rang the police and they eventually turned up they commented on the this was the forth one tonight... and they think its a group from hemlington.. So just a word of warning to the local riders of Middlesbrough / Stockton area.

Morning All. I'm hoping it doesn't come to them being sold on and beyond my finding, however posting here just in case. Last Thursday 11/07 I had my garage broken into and had my 2006 Gas Gas 300 pro and my 7 year old sons Suzuki LT80 quad taken. I have some very identifiable features of both vehicles, however not sure I should post them up on the internet? I Have notified the police and they have added my bike to the PNC register (?) based on frame/engine number. I am checking all of the usual places for selling online, however I have had some info that this may be some local scrotes. Sam Boocock has had his garage cleared by scum in the Shelf area of Halifax. He has lost a brand new Sherco 300 Frame No. VNBS530TRCA026358 ENGINE NO. SH30026358. Also lost a top end CUBE mountain bike and numerous tools. The bike had some extra rim stickers adding which have a WBS logo on to match Nathan Wrigglesworths bike. My Montesa 314 R has been stolen from my garage some time over the last 4 days. Please let me know if you hear of anyone trying to sell one. It is easily recognised as it has 315 forks fitted and many mods to the rear subframe and brakes. many thanks, Paul.

My 1997 Beta Techno 250 was just stolen from my place in Southampton. It was locked up but they somehow got it out. The bike is purple and grey with red fork lowers and gold fork stanchions. Very distinctive and not many around these days. Non standard parts include a purple sprocket, grey renthal grips and a new killswitch near the centre of the bars, not next to the lever. It has no front light and the kickstand is also missing. The bike also has no throttle cable because it had broken so it probably doesn't even start at the moment. They also nicked a green can with 5l of fuel in and a bottle of putoline pre-mix synthetic oil. Any information or sightings would be imme…

Once again MRS have been targeted by thieves Last Friday, 27th October, MRS had seven of their new ISDE model bikes stolen from a truck at Stanstead Airport. Hi all Hoped I wouldn't have to make this post but here we go anyway.. My hardrock hydro was stolen from Gloucester road in Bristol on Saturday 1st November about 13:40 (From outside the sood chemist near zetland road). I went in the shop for 30 seconds and someone rode off on it. It was standard specialized hardrock grey. I am waiting on details from specialized of the serial number. The underside of the seat was slightly freyed from a crash It had two different valves on the front and back as I had to replace the innertube after a puncture. There were two slight 5mm scored on the adjuster for front and back brakes so I could line them up. Cheers Nick

My 2008 sherco 125 was stolen from my house in crawley, west sussex on monday 7 april , It is pretty much standard apart from it has barbon for leg protectors and gold hope REP brake cylinder caps. My mate had his garage broken into on Weds night, one of four in his street to be turned over. Thieves took a TTR 125 and a 2006 SY 250 Scorpa, they ditched the TTR up the road, probably as they couldnt get it to start without a key but the Scorpa is gone. This guy has only just come back into trials and helped us mark out last weekends event, the bike is not insured. Please contact me if your offered a 2006 model Scorpa this bike has an in line stat between the cylinder head and radiator which is unusual on a scorpa and the sump guard has been drilled by the water pump and clutch cover, it also has a birkett modified water pump and the rear mudguard is cracked.
