Does anyone know roughly when the GP models have been released in previous years? Or have any info on when the 2021 models will be released? I am looking at getting a Racing 300 but would rather have a GP if they are coming early part of the new year. John Shirt didn't have any info!

I'm new to trials, but have lots of experience in Enduro's and have a gas gas ec 300, after spending a bit of time on my mates yr 2000 txt 280 edition I fancy getting a bike of my own to play on and to do a few trials on when I'm not doing the enduro's. I have seen a 04 300 pro for sale in the tmx local to me. What I want to know, will it be too much of a bike for me and pull my arms off or are they more like a tractor with smoooth power low down? would you guys recommend me buying one or waiting for a 250? Gasgas pro 2013 ...recently boiled back brake had flames .so I changed seals and piston on caliper bled up using swringe got pressure on pedal but I can't get the wheel to lock up when riding .im thinking have I scraped the disc ..any body got any ideas what the problem may be .....

Looking to get some full lengh fork protectors (that cover the tubes aswell) for my new gasser, is there any that anyone would reccomend? Also looking for something to protect the exhaust but have only seen the JT7 exhaust but that looks tricky to fit (plus I could probably buy a new exhaust for the price of it!) also looking for any other sweet trick bits that will inevitably look nackered after 1 days riding (sigh) All the best Tom

I thought the Bump stop was looking a bit tatty but until I compared to a new one I realize it was long overdue! this was on a 2004 Sachs shock and probably the original rubber. Note! The picture is only a comparison not how the shock is reassembled the rubber is fitted the other way up.

Have had two 250 pro's and have had a 300 pro for the last while. Don't feel like I've ever totally got comfy with it and considering going back to a 250 which I seem to remember feeling more happy on. A lot of people who get 300's seem to spend a load of time taming them down as I have. Any advice or thoughts?? Riding level is brilliant! (closer to Centre Clubman/Low expert )

Hi All, I have a 2011 Raga 300, I noticed the trans oil was cloudy, so drained and changed oil, using putoline light gear oil. The last time I used this oil, it went cloudy after about 4 rides. I asked my mate and he said it might have just broken down. So I changed it then and put motul in instead. Before riding last weekend I'd noticed it had gone cloudy again, so I changed it and put the rest of the putoline in, it's gone cloudy after one ride. I've now put motul in, to see if it goes cloudy after one ride. Could a seal be the problem, even though the bike is only a year old?!! If it is a seal, which seal is it lightly to be? Any help would be great fully received. …

So my 2014 GasGas has developed a very annoying creaking noise which is very difficult to locate precisely. Even the slightest movement pushing down on the footrest makes it creak. It's definitely not a squeak and sounds more like dry plastic rubbing than anything else I've taken the rear shock out and the swinging arm moves up and down smoothly with no noise. Similarly the dog bones move freely with no noise. Thinking it could be the shock itself I've removed the spring but the piston shaft moves freely (with a firm push) with no noise (also had it refurbished about 2 years ago with little use since). hi chaps the clutch on my 2000 txt 280 drags quite a bit i have put a new set of plates in bled the system tried adjusting the lever but it still drags though not as bad as it was the new plates have been in about three months riding the bike its not too bad but to roll down hill with the clutch in the back wheel just slides what els can i look at could it be the clutch basket or the springs at fault ANY IDEAS PLEASE

Right here we go, ive got a Gas Gas txt pro 2005 which has been sat for around three weeks in my garage and its been really cold all that time, I tried to start the bike today and had no joy being relativley limited in mechanics i did the basics and took the plug out and gave it a sprouse up with a wire brush and checked the spark all seemed to be normal, I replaced the plug and nothing.. Next i checked fuel was getting from the tank to the carb all was good there to.. I then removed the carb and checked all was clean and correct and also checked the throttle cable and that the thro…

Todotrial and an enduro site had articles about a fire at the factory in Salt. Anybody know what’s up with that? I thought it was old news until I saw the Torrot logo on the building.

Hi all, just had a couple of hours on the old girl. Runs sweet as, but I noticed the chain was very slack after an hours ride, brought her back, undid the hub bolt, and it’s got to like cog adjusters on either side, I’ve turned them both the same and it’s tightened with a little slack, but not sure if the correct tension. I can get my thumb on the top of chain under inbetween the top guide, and thumb under the chain on the swing arm. I’ve tried to look but nothing video wise I can see to check. Having fixed my fork yokes and replaced head bearings etc, I went to put everything back and have hit an issue. I ordered a new top nut as the previous owner had severely damaged the old one. However, despite being the correct GasGas part and having now ordered 2 from different places, the top nut is wrong. Basically it's about 2mm longer than the one that came out which means it hits the retaining nut before it tightens down onto the upper fork yoke. I've taken a photo side by side with old versus new so you can see. I've measured the space between the retaining nut and the top yoke and it's about 15mm so there's no way the new nut can work and there's nothing …

just got my water pump back from the shop whith new shaft and seal. i drained the gearbox oil and put the pump back on. then i topped up the coolant and put new oil in. rode around for a minute or two and the oils now gone cloudy! my question is... is this just the leftover oil that never came out or has the pump got another leak. is it still ok to use it like this if its just the leftover oil thats made it cloudy? dont really wont to change the oil again as thats £6 wasted! the bikes an 08 125 Gas Gas thanks ben

Hey, Got a weird clutch issue on my 2015 txt and was hoping someone might be able to help guide me. The bike is just shy of 12 months old but has pretty low use. I ride enduro and just use the trials for occasional training. Clutch was working fine. Changed the oil. Replaced the oil with 75w. Correct quantity. After the oil change I started getting an intermittent issue where the clutch works perfectly, then suddenly it goes rock solid at about half pull level on the clutch lever. The actual clutch still disengages somewhat reluctantly and ends up with more drag than normal - but the lever usually stays solid at the halfway point. This happens interm…
