Cold and dry for me please, ta very much
-
I'll bet the video man was chuffed to bits with the 'face to phonebox' crunch!
-
I'm ready to order one but I need to know how much and when?
You will order one without even trying it or seeing what the market feedback is and if it has any problems?
Well, somebody has to be the crash test dummy and Barry is out of action so why not me? Plus, it's a Beta so it's bound to be good

Erm, let me think...
No ta, I know they ride well and seem to be the tool of choice for the SSDT but I lose enough money on motors as it is, without buying one of those
I'll be test riding a Beta 4T as soon as I possibly can (anyone on here from JLI's? ) and will buy one if it suits the kinell style of rock bouncing

It's not about age, your years on a bike would count for a lot up there. If I can get round with my short supply of ability, then yours would be more than plenty
Stick an entry in, you know you want to...
-
I'll be happy to get that far up the section if I'm honest

I agree about the main Beta website but John, Gary and the boys will have been too busy setting up the show to worry about updating websites. Why bother when TC can publish your news instantly?

Here's my guesses
6 gears
Smaller engine than the 2 stroke
Dellorto carb
Cheaper than the Mont
But, I don't care if it's a 5-speed, bigger lump with a Mikuni carb and dearer than the Mont.
I love it and want one yesterday

Have you two started dating yet?
-
Tell him to test drive one first, *your mate* might not fit behind the wheel

I've checked this with somebody who knows for definite and the KTM uses the Beta engine.
Just found this: -

It must be a Beta engine, check the carburetor make
-
So you would use a solid tyre?
-
They already swap engines, I've heard that the engine in the Beta 80 is the same as the engine in the KTM 65 MX bike...

Seen this yet?

It looks like Beta will soon be selling a 4 banger, will it be a borrowed engine from the likes of KTM or will it be a completely new home-grown motor? New frame with a separate fuel tank or built in as now?
When will it be on sale? Out in time for the SSDT maybe?
How much will it cost and more importantly, will it match the Mont in terms of solid build and reliability? I reckon it will as they've taken their time and not rushed the bike out like Sherco did for the SSDT in 04 (or was it 05?)
Can't wait to see some piccy's

Slashing the price of new bikes by 20% will probably affect the second hand market by 30%
Existing owners might say that this so called 'Depreciation' is a hefty 'Kick in the nuts'
And anyone looking to spend

My 06 has had the stops removed, turns really tight now but it tipped me off first time out
-
I had 2000 bike and the mains were in poor shape but I think Sherco fixed the problem by 2002'ish.
When my bike was warmed up, I could shake it from side to side and hear the crank sliding and banging off the casings! Sold it and made
