If its wobblers b you ride you'll be fine, if it's wobblers a, then I think it takes a special rider to hustle those things about....I suspect you're no breagh.

I'm after the number of sherco wheel bearings for a 2012 250, can anyone help out ?
-
The main reason I have been put off buying an ossa is them being green, shallow I know, but I don't like green, however, that sticker kit from H&D is stunning and would have me buying an Ossa no problem now.
-
The fact you said tires instead of tyres makes me think you may be ok, I don't think it would be allowed if you did say tyres though.

Air getting in somewhere ? Reed valve ?

^^^^ this ^^^^
Recently I dropped down to ride with my girl at a trial, I dropped single figures where others dropped 80/90 marks.
At first I thought how it it possible to drop so many marks then you remember where you used to be.
-
I'm gonna bet a soapy tenner, you buy a bike of that size, mainly on the basis that you think bigger is better and find out, like most do that in trials it isn't.
-
Excellent.
It's one of the things a lot of people under estimate when they get in to trials, is trials fitness. It's not something I even think about now, but on a muddy ole day it can be hard work for seasoned riders, nevermind newbies, hang in there, it will come.

This one is true, the dents on the fuel tank are from when it fell over.....fact ! Those who own Shercos can vouch for that.
-
I know nothing of these bikes, but first thing I would do is strip and clean the carb

That's a mighty impressive reply.
I have a question as a potential buyer, what is this talk of rear shock though ? Why change it ?
-
I thought they came with Olle shocks as standard ??
-
Ask if its had the stator replaced and how many times. Ask if its had the water pump seals replaced.
Those were the main issues of that era I believe. .

I'm really keen on a jotagas, thinking of holding off til the 2015 models come out, my main decision as it stands is 250 or 300. I don't need a 300 but have a thinking of using it in 3rd most of the time rather than mostly in 1st with my Sherco 250 I have at the moment.
-
Guessing the previous owner removed it.
-
I can't ride my bike at all without using the clutch, however, on my partners 125 I could probably ride a whole trial without using the clutch. All depends what level you're riding at I guess if you think using a 125 needs a lot of clutch.

I had the same bike as breagh, and I also put on 750 in my oil changes.
-
I am not for a second doubting the quality of their products, but IMO they are over priced, anyway, all that aside, this new model is causing me concern, as I'm looking to buy a new 2015 model bike, the choice is becoming quite bewildering.
