Bike Trailers and Racks - too dangerous?
Just read another report of a bike theft in Stolen Bikes section on another dirt bike forum - chap reckons he was followed home and 'marked' Is it getting too dangerous to use a trailer or rack and put your wares on display...............seems following you home is a popular way for these to 'mark' your place and nick your stuff Are you more wary, doing a double loop to shake off unwanted attention? I must admit whenever I see a bike on a trailer or rack - I always have a good look to check it out and i'm the pikeys do too

4RT - a worthwhile mod
I've had it from new, the huge plastic inner support is in a box somewhere.................even cut down it's still huge This H&D item, I've added is just as good in every way for crap reduction, but maybe the added mudguard support point of view So it'll do for me

4RT - a worthwhile mod
Fed up with getting water, crud and debris in the top of the airfilter, from the rear wheel, I bought one of these rear mudguard/airbox covers from Feet-Up at SCARBORO', via Ebay I think they're originally made by H&D @ Malton ABS Moulded plastic and cost £15 Easy to fit Hope it works, can't be any worse than Honda's ommission of getting it right The problem - hole between mudguard and airbox The solution

Multi Class Trials - How Many Routes / How To Flag?
I'd like to go back to the old names, having been away from Trials for 20 years and would prefer 3 individual courses, returning to trials in the last 2 years took me a while to get back into it. Are Scarboro' employing this system now?

- Best twinshock Fantic...?
Why are the Minarelli 200's so good then? Weight/Frame/motor? i've seen some with 4 pinch bolts on the front axle, is this the later front axle..................a la 240 then- Best twinshock Fantic...?
Good points...............any more views- Beta 300 or 4RT?
I don't think you'll ever have a spares problem with Honda...................if they ever go bust then we're all doomed- Best twinshock Fantic...?
So, which in your opinion is the best twinshock Fantic? Some say the Mineralli rear kick 200's, others the 240's forward kick and others say the Pro versions I rode against the early Fantic 200s in the early 80's and they seemed to go well Are Fantics the best twinshock bikes or are there any other marques/brands that are better Let us know your opinions?- Is Dougie too old?
He'll still whoop us all at a club trial when he's 70- Beta 300 or 4RT?
But..............when you get the hang of it.................the 4RT can be an immensely satisfying bike to ride- Van insurance
- "Why haven't you got one of them.....?"
Welcome aboard Timpo- Here we go again - Majesty
I think Northallerton does a 3 day and Guisborough/Bill Pye does a 2 day event Eboracum does a 2 day too- Here we go again - Majesty
I did, now riding a Fantic 200 for Twinshock stuff When I bought my Majesty in 2001, nobody wanted them and I thought I could sell it in 2009 for good money and one day buy a Fantic and put some of it towards the 4RT, in the meantime- Here we go again - Majesty
Exactly correct - just asked the seller Gear ratios will be a bit zippy- Here we go again - Majesty
Is it worth - Best twinshock Fantic...?
