Make sure you gently nip the clip part of the fixing ,that will ensure it stays nicely tight to the frame and wont fall off , gently with a pair of pliers usually does the trick

Try gripping the head with small stilsons or other pipe gripping tool , or you could use Stud extractors

Yes we had the same trouble , new Michy solved the problem , this is one item that you cannot cut corners on . Michelin every time .

Be really carefull with 125 Sherco's they are notorious for the piston breaking up and destroying the barrel . It happened to me

Having a problem with my sons 2010 125 pro , i cant get the fan to run . I have bypassed the thermostat with no success . I have aprox. 12 volts ac on the yellow wire. I am getting no current on the fan plug at all. The white wire that runs from the small box (fan relay ?) to the thermostat has around 3v ac on it . Any suggestions ?

What about a square number plate mouted on the off side mudgaurd ? . Really like the overall design

It looks really easy to store , only problem I can see is that the bike/bikes wheels will cover the number plate & lights ?
