We had similar prob. with our Rev80 it turned out to be a small bit of twig jamming the reeds open
-
Think Doug won 5 on a 315 and Im sure Marc Colomer won 2 on same bike oh and fujigas won one
-
Still think the TY80 takes some beating
-
I dont agree with your comment about this being Honda money , when TRW are a private concern with their own sponsors . even if it was Honda money, why is it not good for the sport ?
-
Its Alright quoting ACU rules , but Rapid Roy is from Belfast which isn't covered by the ACU
-
[it may be worthwhile contacting a Dealer in Britain as im sure there must be skip loads of lighting kits lying around
-
No Gloves God he must be a real trials rider !

I have a Berlingo HDI its a great vehicle 90,000 since new and still really sweet, had a few things go wrong but nothing too painfull . Get around 450 miles to the tankfull 50 litres . If you can, find an HDI as the 1.9D is pretty awfull to drive .

I have run Beta 80' for over two years Starting with an 05 I will skip the obvious brakes tyres chains etc
Kickstart bolt has a habit of coming loose and the thread is not very strong so it may strip
The rear mudgaurd hanger can snap at its weld with main frame
Radiator top mount can break loosing all the water and seizure can result
Back wheel bearings are rubbish and need changing reguarly
Engine is fairly bullet proof
Great bike overall easily the best 80 on the market
-
Take the wheels off and store them in the house, Chain the rest of the bike up , security camera kits are fairly cheap these days
-
Andy , directly oposite where you where sitting was the massed ranks of the North East Centre ( well about a dozen actually) we had a great view of the incident ! unfortunately I am sure nobody amongst us had a video camera. The guy on the Mont that hit you had made a decent enough go at the step but was really strugling, he was right at the top of the step with the back wheel spinning and getting zero grip. In desperation he gave it full throttle max revs The bike launched itself upwards in to the air chucking the rider off backwards , the bike reared up and then went directly to the scene of the accident , upside down . I was suprised how quick you got up coz it looked really nasty . My better half has a picture taken just as the rider steps off the bike if you want it i can send it to you?

It is being widely reported that Mr Dabill aboard the Montesa 4Rt is the first four stroke winner of theSSDT in 31 years since Sid Lampkin in 1966 on a BSA now when I went to school 2007 minus 1966 was 41 So am I right in thinking its 41 years ?
-
They never had anything like this in my day 10/10
-
Well it is Pre 65 after all , no internet in them days
-
I have just got a Sony Ericsson K800 phone with a 3.2 mp camera , fits neatly in to my pocket during trial and have taken some decent photo,s while riding a trial , shutter lag dosent seem to be a problem . even has a flash built in
