Helicoils are great iv'e done a lot on motor bikes make sure your drill bit is sharp put very sticky grease on the bit that will catch all the swarf then when ready to tap it put grease on the tap as well , i used to heat some new 60wt oil up on a cooker this removed all the small material out,

Last Saturday morning was a little cool so went into the shed pulled top end down my Raga had ticked over 260 hrs on std piston pulled it out still mint put in the new S3 piston kit, so in the next 260 hrs will start it over again. Had a cuppa then pulled the clutch pack out of my wife's pro 125 needs new plates should arrive this week from mate Peter B them its time for a spin on them.

One bike had not seen very nice

Do you have the fuel cap and does the fuel hose go down into the steering head stem tube? if you do then its from the fumes from the cap tube. It breaks down the grease, had it happen to me years ago. Never had it again after i changed the fuel cap hose. hope this helps

I've used one for year means. I can travel at 100km instead of 90km with a trailer so much less hassell cops don't seam to worry if it look ok mine has small LED lights on

Hi S3 Head works fine, all i did was change the Pilot jet from 48= 45, main jet down 1 size, was a bit rich when fitted the head now its great Wakka
