  2. Why do you feel the need to put Tec forks on your Evo???? Is there something wrong with the 38mm beta forks
  3. They have been the same Bike since 2005, short of Graphics, whats the point with getting a new one, just buy some fancy new stickers
  4. If you cant get good lift with the rearend your more than likely lifting your feet off the pegs as you unload.

Left side is spring side, right side is dampning rod, spring side does not matter what weight oil you use has no purpose other than spring lubrication. Dampning side does however. Make shure when you do dampning side that you wilst the rod in and out many times after you dump the oil to make shure you get all the old oil out of the rod internals. Also unless you have a nick or tear in your fork seal your just wasting money with new seals. Clean the old seal up then take the little seal spring off twist it apart and snip about an 1/8 inch off the open side not the tapered end, then twist the spring back together and put it back in the seal groove. Now you have a nice tight fork seal again without spending any money.

    Dont ride it in water
  8. Only you can pick what bike is for you!!!! Other peoples opinions do not matter as they are not riding your bike for you. I would however think twice about an Ossa due to the fact that they are well Not very solvent as a company now
  9. Where are you located Glenn??
  10. Does it quiet down when you pull the clutch lever In ????
  11. Nobody can answer that but you!!! There is a bike for everybody but opinions from others should not make your choice for you!!!!!!
  12. Nobody else but you can make a decision on what bike you can ride, all they can do is offer their dim witted opinion on the matter. Every person fits better one one bike over the rest, who cares what it is just buy it and enjoy, dnt look to have other people pick your bike.
  13. You just answered your own question
  14. A 290 scorpa is not that hot of a bike performance wise, with your size and weight. Just work on throttle controll its a skill your going to need anyway!!!! People make way to big a deal about engine size, you can learn to ride a 290 as easy as you can a 125,!!!! There are just as many drawbacks to riding a small displacement bike as there is a big displacement bike. Its all dependant on how your right hand and leaft hand work with your brain.
  15. Its a 01

A heavy throttle leads to early hand and arm fatigue, Just keep that in mind.

  20. Why on earth with so much developement, would Trs Run a Dellerato carb on their bike, seems strange to that production keeps getting pushed back
  21. evoalien replied to badger360's topic in OSSA
Because they are broke, broke, broke, they aint got two nickles to rub together
  22. Its an 02 rev, more than likely a 270cc
  23. These bikes are spring rate setup for 165 to 175 lb riders in stock form. Being 200 lbs I would suggest doing both the front and rear spring to the next up. Im a 200 lb rider with a factory 300 evo 2014, and eaven tho the bike worked good on stock springs, the upgrade helps the bike to work better under the weight. It also takes alot of the fatigue away from your boody, especially in the front. Beata offers the heavier springs for a reason,The cost is minimal and the feel is worth it
  24. Fork fluid is not expensive, use oils designed for the job. As for the tranny yes atf will work but one again use a proper gear oil, Pj1 light 75 clutch tuner is an excellent choice
