Clutch Probelms
The problem is when i start the bike and put my clutch..... Can be something related to hydraulic actuating.... The third problem is the radiator..... Try to jump the temperature sensor (brass thing on radiator) conecting their 2 wires together. If fan start. Is the sensor fault.

Trials Knee Protection Advise
I use one for MTB (MR pro Extreme) which offer more protection and since it is supposed to be used when pedalling, it not restrict any movement. Look also for something from 661 brand

New To Forum Need Some Help Sherco 290 2008 :)
Used Brake fluid + water 50%/50% let pipe full overnight. or Use a GLP gas torch to reat the front pipe untill it get red. But this destroy pipe finish.

Steering Stem Constantly Loosening
You need to loose the fork top triple clamps bolts before tightening stem nut. In a lot of cases, this is the biggest torque on all bolts in a motorcycle. So, don't be gentile or use a torquimeter.

Stainless can stick to aluminium due to galvanic corrosion since the have diffrent potentials...make shure you use anti seize
