Looking for manual/tech info on 2018 Sherco 300 factory
Sherco: Owner and parts manual. Ryan Young: manuals, tutoriais.... The best place to look for info. Formula: Tech Forks. disasembly and oil change. Splat shop: Ceriani Forks. GasGas Guru: Wiring diagram and some greath info usefull for sherco too. Dellorto: PHBL Carburetor or You tube Keihin: You tube Leonelli: Coil Ohms info (click at * ) Diaphragm Clutch: Adventure Rider Taller Taller That's all I know. It's a shame this lack of oficial Sherco support.

Important to know what really took to this bolt failture. (Shear, threads stripped off, overtorque, hidrogen inclusion, fadigue....) not all of them are manufacture fault. There is a fracture photo? Bolt grade?

Sherco st300 factory 2017
Remove philips bolts that hold the plastic part (in mine 2015 I need to remove the silencer not shure if you need too. Probably not) Using gloves, remove old fiberglass and clean (burn or wire brush) perfurated pipe. Put new fiberglass mat. Mount everything in place again. Use threadlock in silencer to frame bolts
