    Top head Hole

Do not use stainless steel into aluminium thread (where galvanic corrosion have conditions to happen). It will corrode aluminium much more than zinc plated steel (like OEM are) There are more galvanic potential between stailess steel to aluminium than zinc or steel to aluminium. tip: If you put a multimeter tip into radiator water and another into you frame and see a reading of few mV. It's it. Change water and put antifreeze.
  2. Or dirt blocage into fuel tank tap.
  3. I like to change the sprockets and chain at same time.
  4. Have two of them. 2010 and 2015. Nothing to worry about. They have a unique feel due more load at back but nothing that few rides to be up with. Very Reliable, same brakes, suspension and wheels from everybody. The clutch is "old" style with six coils. Models with Keirin carbs are more agressive than Dellorto.

  6. Look like it's just adaption to new bike process. Put more ridding hours in it than the problem will solve by itself..
  7. True. Had done this in my GasGas enduro and map start changing something after 3000rpm. https://youtu.be/XkJQsVgMTLE
  8. Or this from formula the tech forks manufacturer http://www.rideformula.com/support/downloads/
  9. The closest is this: http://www.lewisportusa.com/manuals/sherc_11-21-09/sherco_setup_and_lubrication_guide.pdf For a older model but still can be used most of the time.
  10. For this bike and carb, I can say mixture screw range can be something from 1/4 to 1 turn....weired but true.
  11. Try a similar cap from any other motorcycle....
  12. Be careful since this bolt has a very small diameter inside (it's Sachs but Ollé and R16V is almost same steel bolt that get rusted sometimes)
  13. There a white plastic part holding needle down tensioned by the big coil.
  14. Another motor can be used is mabuchi c2162-60006
  15. Which horrible problems owners had with 2015??

    2015 Sherco 300

    Very reliable bike.
  19. Think roller bearings we have no space and seal will be poor decreasing performance gains fast. But DU bushings (like dogbone busching in sherco) seems like a good idea. Can be one with internal diameter 8mm and 10mm lenght. Lever hole will be bored to fit DU external diameter and still need to machine two washers and an internal sleeve hole 6mm and external 8mm to DU interface.... Ended sticking with leaded bronze like shown...
  20. New product. Not many details.... Jitsie new alarm light
  21. Read somewhere that this project was abandoned due engine having not enough power...
  22. Machined some lead bronze bushings for my levers (plastic ones allowed some play) This ones ended being a good surprise since feeling has been improved. And made a in line cooler for gasgas enduros
  23. Had rebuild this shocks. https://youtu.be/PYzcKDJmoig It can be done with good results if shock hasn't wear inside.
