No, I think you need to remove the top shock bolt and the mid pipe!
-
No 2 stroke currently meets EPA requirements. The technology is there, but no one has done it. There are thousands of bikes that has been plated for the street due to the local MVD not knowing any better. Several of the new Free rides were plated in our state, which brought some smiles from the owners!
-
The two bolts left should hold it. I would run a bead of silicone all the way around the inside bead. Since it`s just a cover, the silicone should hold just fine.

It`s probably the same part. Pull up a parts break down of a 50. In fact back then most of the bikes were the same.
-
It did not sound bad at all. The idle was a little high, but also you barely revved it!
-
I lock my bikes all together with the only access a small door. My large mean dog is tied within reach of said door. Being the states, most people that would know I have lots of bikes also know I carry a large weapon. Video and alarms are worthless. I had a commercial location. The police response times were terrible. Would have been better to sleep on location. A loud alarm and motion sensitive lights help, but any thing to do with a monthly fee is a joke.
-
Luckily I never had the misfortune of having to ride a 125 because of some crappy organization. A 200 is very sweet at sea level. But at our altitude of 7000 plus feet, a 300 is usually the best bet.
-
Your bike does take two springs. But why are you changing the suspension before you get some time on the bike? This is trials, softer is better.
-
I cannot hardly hear it, but it`s not good. Pull off the flywheel cover and yank on the flywheel checking for play..
-
You`ve got a 450 KT. That`s a rare bird. By the way we are talking trials. Trials bikes should have a decent low RPM. And this is a thread about novice riders.
-
You might include your location to get help.
-
Cope is correct. But I`ll bet you also did not turn the petcock off after riding.
-
Last weekend I was the lone trials master for the ITSA National Championships RDS 5 & 6 held at the Sipapu Ski Resort. Pits were at 8500 ft elevation to 9500ft . Very steep loop for the old bikes as I used the slopes for the loop. We had a great turn out and just a little rain. Very fun times, rocks, logs and the river was running deep this year.

How soon we forget. http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/topic/50242-ossa-easy-start-kit-where-to-buy-in-the-uk/page-1
If they would have used a large condenser like the 4RT this might have been avoided. To canada280i, this thread is about FI and I already stated not to bash the bike further. Typical Spanish bike, released before it was ready. I loved the new ideas, and it tracks the best of all brands. Shame it did not catch on.
-
You are correct, I actually loved the Ossa. But I will not bash a product that started out looking great and fell on it`s face. Would you like pages of what was wrong with the bike and why it failed to meet expectations? Starting was the shortest thing I could pick on.
-
Start with new pads. The wear point is a fine margin.
-
Yes, you do not need a heavy duty 428.
-
Of course it`s easy, it`s AHRMA. But damn it looked fun! Nice Vid.
-
First you have to find one that starts. After that they could have been a good bike, but stuck in the Gas Gas fiasco.
-
No one has yet made a fuel injected trials bike worth a crap. I`ll take a carb I can fix in the pits any day.
-
The stator is an issue, but normally for spark. By the way the voltage should be AC checked while running.
-
Pull the flywheel cover and yank the mag up and down. Sounds like mains to me.
-
Try thinner trials grips as it looks like you have something else on the bike. The shifter needs to be up about two notches.
