Sherco sells the adhesive.
Comes with a new sticker attached.
-
Do they have these in the UK?
-
A father cooked some deer for his family feast. He did not tell them what it was, only left one clue,
"It is what your mother calls me."
The boy screams, "Don't eat it! It' Fun@i'n Dick!"
-
Sweet bike! Ride on man!
Good group up there!
-
Bearings reduce tactile feedback as well, specially when you are tired and full of mistakes already.
Do you need it ?
-
Allways wanted to take one and put a proper megaphone on it to dump the huge muffler!
Would sound like a real four stroke!
-
Run of the mill 300, probly just his practice bike!
Average day in the saddle for him, and there is a #1 on his plate for a reason!
-
Billy, can you use a pair of Gaerne size 6 US? I need to move them out as they were my wifes.
Anyone?
-
Good old bike that!
Seek out Nigel Dabster (aka Andrew) in that MK/ MB lot. He can be a wealth if he likes you, but you gotta put up with his Tourette syndrome!
-
-
That is sweet! Great job man!

Never worked on a mont, but I can tell you that tps take up as you call it is not set with yhr cable.
Ther would normally be a set screw on the throttle body that does that, or the tps itself is rotated for yhe proper base setting.
Cable must have a bit of slack for turning as you noted.
-
The Kiehin is a fairly sensitive carb, thus there is no "perfect " setting as it will vary on the day based upon temps, baro and such.
Normal range between 1/2 and 1.5 turns out. Set for best idle and response off idle. Colder days require less air(screw "in")due to higher air density for a given jet size.
About 1/8 turn on the screw can make a difference.
A good ear helps!

-
Mr Chicken, would some type thumb screw or winged fastener work on that?
-
I suppose your red mark indicates the one? If so, it has a woodruff key in there I would presume that is also sheared.
Prey that is all that is wrong and you did not scorch the piston as well.
-
Not sure what you are looking for! I apply fork guards first!
E-mail Splatshop, as they may have some stuff in the works for the new ones. Or keep an eye on the website.
-
Some like even a bit more slack so they are less sensitive.
-
anyone want a ride on a Mont? Just swing by Keenans place while he is not home.
Jees Keenan, take your address off there!
-
Why not just fix it properly?
-
I dated a Sheila once! Would love to find a nice Sherco with real boobs!
-
If you have a local automotive machine shop, you may ask if they will dunk the stuff in their cleaning tank. Most have some pretty good stuff.
Second thought is a bucket of Berrymans carb cleaner. It is nasty stuff, but it works at stripping hard carbon pretty well.

With 2 springs out the ATF is a bit quicker, but not bad at all. You can allways blend the two fluids as well.
I like mine smooth, but you still need a good POP if you dump it so it needs to grab quick as well.
-
So the packing was all there and nothing wrong with it? Shoulda cleaned it!
-
in response, NO!
You may consider trying removal of two opposing springs and bolts on the clutch, easy to do or restore.
Most 125/200 do well with no slip.
Thinner ATF will modify that, even!
