I have never managed to reset one this way, as they usually pop the end of the spring out of the kickstart ratchet gear. Unfortunatley you need to take the clutch off and preload the kickstart spring. I have found some diagrams of what you need to do here
Cheers

Having read the desciription about 5 times.....is it being sold by an Ex World Champion ???? If so, who do we think is is.....my guess would be someone originally from Finland !!

Converting a Hiro MX motor to trials use has been done before......take a look at this Fournales mono here
Martin
-
Just spotted this on ebay 340 Bulto
For all those observant ones amongst us, its a Mono.
Now I think this one may have originated from down in the Wessex centre, as I can remember a local rider who did the conversion using a Fornales air shock from the first model JCM. The bike was tested in TMX by Martin Strang, Geoff Parken and Nibs Kellet.
Unless anyone knows different

Hi All
Anyone from the Bristol or Somerset area attending any of the following events ???
The Scott
The British championship round at Skyrakes
Or the A and B class national on 28th October
If you are, do you have space in the van/trailer to deliver a bike.....with a contribution towards fuel costs of course.
Let me know.
Cheers

What petrol/oil mix are you running Frenchie ??? You should be on 50:1 fully synthetic. If you are running a higher fuel/oil ratio (eg 80 or 100:1) you are actually running richer not leaner.....your bike is getting more fuel than air.
Stick it back to 50:1 and start looking at the pilot jet circuit if the bike is sluggish picking up.

Cant remember Tim.....it shows the same one in the parts book
