In a Respect your friend is right,Trials is'nt extreme,Some aspects of Trials may of lost it's way by some people thinking it has to be Extreme to pull the people in,but it has'nt realy worked.
The red bull freestyle stuff is extreme,but even that gets boring and dull to watch.
The word Extreme these days has been well over cooked.
Jumping off a motorway bridge in front of a lorry is Extreme.
The word Extreme has become a marketing tool nothing more nothing less.

I find it strange that the seven days had a pillion seat but no footrests for the pillions tootsies.
The seat might be rare in the UK,but why would you want that seat.

There's abit of a story behind Bob Marley and he's Bmw's.
When he started to earn money from he's music he bought a brand new BMW and had it shipped to Jamaica,the shanty town people Bobs people were up in arms about it saying he was forgetting he's roots,Bob told the people he bought it because it stands for Bob Marley and the wailers,he's people cheered,now all was well again.
This is the very reason why the jamaicans love there BMW'S,in the UK atleast.

I guess it depends what your buying the bike for,if your buying for the future a top notch 6k bike could turn into a 12k bike in 10 to 15 years time,what would the same 6k get you in interest sitting in a bank for the same length of time,it's a big risk to take but the way the twinshocks are going right now that risk just might be worth taking at worst there get there 6k back in that time.

Yet another money making excercise.
It's much easier and costs Dvla nothing to keep track of V5's that roll over yearly than back track 5 years or more to try and find a motor that has been stored but not declared sorn,there money making exercise will then cost them money in resources.
Yep i've been stung on this a few years ago,im sure the fine then was the price of the road Tax.

Im surprised people arn't already taking the SWM chassis for a blank canvas,may be that time will come.
When you look at one in bare bones they do look a much more advanced design than the Fantic.

Are the ACU saying this way you don't need to join a club or are they saying you still need to join a club but you don't need to do the yearly thing of collecting club stamps and signatures to get a licence.
I would of thought the club could still claim membership fees in order for one to ride there trials etc etc.

I wish waht works on a desingners/engineers piece of paper worked in practice.
Someone in ford came up with a bright idea of putting a Dual Mass Flywheel on there diesels,it's not a full proof piece of engineering and on another downside it cost the owner

I think we all know twinshocks are going the same way as p65,myself a prefer riding a twinshock as close to what they was when rolled out but if someone wants to add parts from later bikes and ride in the same trial in the same class i don't have a problem with that.

Personaly i would of put some new shoes and a new cable on,go off and do a couple of rides to bed them in before looking for help.

Just put what the **** you want on your bike and ride the ******.
