I think it was originally banned as customs thought it was am Incendiary device.

A ratchet strap wound 2/3 times roumd the flywheel (so it over laps) and the free end clamped to the foot peg with a vice grip will do the job, even with a ratchet and socket. As you turn the socket the strap will tighten more than enough to stop the flywheel turning. (You just have to wind the strap on the right way)

B40 - 428 buy it cheap and replace it often. (tried more expensive chains, gone back to replacing as sprockets last longer. Important when you know what's involved in changing the gear box sprocket)

I'm told Visa Debit has the same protection.

Sounds like a kink in the tyre. at 30psi the pressure holds it tight to the rim. but at 5psi its moving enough to leak.
