  1. You might also cultivate a manic gleam in your eyes. No, on second thoughts you would be prime conversion material.
  2. Don't start with the spelling. Quay, Pneumonia, Xispa ........
  3. I think I would enjoy a helmet made from Titanium...........AAHHH the beautiful sparks when skidding across a rock.
  4. I'm sorry, I'll move on to the next house then.
  5. Wasnt a Sherco, but found the floats / needle would stick when left of several days. Made a point of putting on the petrol before I got changed and tapping the float bowl.
  6. My brother had a pair if wheels with titanium spokes (racing cycle) very strong and light, but didn't like shock loads, as he found out. This was at least 15 years ago, and I haven't heard much of this material being used in that application since.
  7. Could whatever is agreed not be effective from say 2011, all new flags / markers bought / made to comply. Existing flags usable until then.
  8. Ask around in your area for an MOT tester that knows and tests trials bikes, might be easier to get a pass.
  9. I thought the problem with Titamium was that its to brittle. (Cue - your talking crap etc etc)
  10. I'm told L200 have engine problems at approx 30K miles.

    Sticky Forks

I would try this first, was the previous owner 20 stone ? He might have put in heavy weight oil.
  12. The old oils seemed to stick to the bearings for longer, even leaving for months at a time seemed to cause no problems. 32 : 1 conventional 2 stroke oil for me.
  13. Seen some of these before, but the woman fighting the petrol pump, and losing, always gets me.
  14. Boat propellers don't suffer from cavitation ! I think you'l find they do.

    What Is It For ?

Its not a tyre blower upper, is it ?
  17. Used to do 4 sets of ten of each exercise, taking a short break between each set.
  18. Your not confusing T C with the Guardian by any chance ?
  19. When I did training at Meadowbank, every session started with running up and down the grandstand, ie up and down every set of steps, then round the terraces. As we got fitter the warm up was double. Lots of reps, lighter weights. Try to balance opposing mussels (not sure of terminology) Used to see bodybuilders with curly arms from concentrating on their bisepts. (sp ?)
  20. I suspect that if this really happened, results might be slightly different.
  21. Anybody seen their adverts ? The reality is very different, in a recent customer pole they rated lowest. An AXA customer wrote my car off 2 years ago in March, he pulled out a drive into the side of me, open and shut you would think. Now going to court, or it would if AXA would stop changing the address to serve the court papers. Every change of address adds weeks. Might be worth checking customer satisfaction ratings before parting with hard earned folding.
