  1. how often do you break levers? clutch and front brake?
  2. I have scrubbed sections with perce so can vouch for the fact. Coincidentally a well known yorkshire centre expert was riding the same Trial as me in Ripon on the Sunday and i was surprised to see him as a non starter at the s3 round, so maybe what mike says is true, I certainly know of people who no show due to an early number.
  3. is the truck on its way to scotland is this confirmed? who is paying raga?
  4. Posh kettle AND matching toaster, knock off?
  5. italjet have pinch bolts only one side maybe the betor forks were made for them?
  6. So it runs like a sewing machine doesnt get too hot when ridden for a couple of hours and grips as well? I suggest you contact Paxau quick as I am sure he would love to know where the one that works is.......... Sarcasm apart if it works then great.
  7. Strange that after all this time and so many others you have found a good one. Ticks over at 2500? Nice!
  8. Doom mongers or not prototype testing is imperative?
  9. 2nd gear and you want to soften the bike? Try first gear?
  10. was usually magnesium arms that broke
  11. a holiday for £300 in europe? Where? Is hotel included? I'm not cycling there btw............
  12. Wire i always think of as back up. Stick on and wire, if it gets damaged or starts to slip in an event wire is the back up.
  13. What I do know is the value of your posts are questionable when they tell us about your personal arrangements, who knows whether we can afford to read them. Tickets to the wtc are good value If you cant afford them dont go. but dont moan about the price if youve got 1000's of pounds worth of bikes in your sheds
  14. same applies to all brands, hence grey imports, but is your spanish good enough to order a kick start (et al) return spring?
  15. I'm sure Steve didnt do a half baked job so who will do a fully baked one and succeed where steve has given it his best?
  16. ffs im agreeing with dickoff! Guy also said once a shock starts to "work" you need a reservoir
  17. tuned to give, and give is not the same. I spoke with the european ohlins shock technician who has done shocks in mx road racing and tested with Raga and he said its impossible to valve to give anything like rising rate, parabolic curve etc.
  18. Now this is where things dont add up. Apparently some dealers have new bikes so if you wanted one, really did would you buy?
  19. do the jets have rubbers on? should they?
  20. This is where personal choice comes in and thats fine. I would respectfully suggest that most of us dont need a linkage, simply put, in all situations it gives us a better suspension set up and without question a back to back test on various terrain would prove this conclusively. The fact that mostly we ride well with our capabilities means that disc brakes hydaulic clutches linkages generally light weight parts could all easily be changed for 80's components and make no difference in marks lost. I possibly could explain the variable rate rise of a linkage as opposed to valving but id end up like dadoff and im resisting that!
  21. Not at all. I think its time spent on the bike learning the technique it grips but you need to know how it does it, its not rider intuative.
  22. I I bet the numbers sold havnt been anything special since, and the importers model of so few dealers has played into the grey importers plate.
  23. who would take it on? SXS did exactly the right things, invested time and money got a good rider(S) had a proper factory unit and publicised and promoted the brand. Then for whatever reasons were unable to carry on like this. Why would anyone else try?
