  1. HaHa it's a credit to you. Obviously the best part of it are the Trials UK Stickers. Good Lad!
  2. Superb Job! Really looks fantastic, you must be well chuffed. Looks Like you had fun. What did it roughly cost you for the materials? Yerah just get 2 Brackets bent up, and rivet to the Muguards. That will enable you to bolt your lights from the board to them. And then get a square number plate with a number plate light above it. Just use all the wiring and bits you have from your number board. Bit of a Scrap heap challange special. Just looking at it. I would also maybe put some perferated chequer plate on the rear section. Give you somewhere to stand off the mud and wet grass to get changed. Or even a little work platform if you need to do any repairs.
  3. Do Asda do a 2 stroke oil! If so is it definatly Pre-Mix? Either way i wouldn't touch it. get online and get something like PJ1, Putoline, Castrol all good quality oils and not that expensive. S0 yep that really could be the reason. Also try running higher Octane fuel. 96,97 RON Most petrol stations offer a higher RON fuel.
  4. Hi, Obviously Angle Grinding, welding and designing is fun. BUT, if your trailer is that well/Profesionally made. Why don't you sell it and buy a trailer as you described. Or even use the Cash to get a load of angle iron and trailer parts and make it from scratch. Either way i could see you coming out of this with some Wonga in your sky rocket. Also, if you scroll through the Trial Garage Forum, some where on there is a 4rt sat on a very nice trailer. Just looked for you, it's user stkman.

Just imagine the price of it if he had won!!!!!! 10,500?
  6. As i've said in another post. It looks like i'm advertising, but im not. It's just that Trials uk have some good easy to follow How 2 videos on their site, that cover things like this. Have a look, there Banner pops up all over Trials Central.
  7. There are some How 2 Videos, on Trials UK's web site. They are a Site Sponsor, and their Banner usually pops up at the top or to the right of the Main screen. There is a Good to follow how 2 video for Chain adjusments on there, i actually think the picture in the banner is of that actuall video.

Surely Laws of Physics say, if your slamming your back wheel down, the Carb Slide would be forced shut. So yeah i agree, check cable. Firstly rule out the cable getting stuck on the tank, remove the tank and start the bike and do what you do to make it mal function. If it still does it with the tank off, it's not that. I would suggest taking the carb off and give a clean, whilst that is off remove the cable from the bike, and check how smooth it is. You may possibly have a few broken strands within the housing. Then just re route the cable. And try again.
  10. Heat up with Hair dryer or heat gun, And get off what you can. Then I've used some Glue and Tar remover that my Brother in Law uses for Car valeting. Absolutley superb stuff, just melts the glue and can be wiped off, without damage to anything underneath. Google search Tar and Glue remover.
  11. Don't know about the states, but i understand that in the uk the retailer has to, by trading standards sell an item at he price and description detailed. So marks and spencer accidently mark up a
  12. Get a hair dryer, or heat gun on the Rear Mudguard sticker, and try seat it proply. Or else it will last about 2 seconds in the wet looking like that. I didn't know Repsol sponsored Fantic.
  13. If you've had a pretty Narly off. I would honestly Strip the front end down, have a look at your Fork Stanchiens make sure there not bent slightly. At the same time just remove your Triple clamps and genrally have look around. Possible something may have slightley bent, or crushed the Steering bearings. you may find something has been knocked out of place slightley, and when you release/Remove the Bolts, what ever it maybe will straighten back up. If that makes sense! Hard to say without looking at it.
  14. Just say your off out for a nice picnic. Give her a Rug a Sarnie a clipboard and pencil. Tell her you'll see her soon and when she does, Expect a 5!
  15. Hi Guys, The Block where the Fuel Tap bolts onto, that is glued onto the Tank body has come away. Has anybody succesfully glued this back on and if so how? It is on a friends tank, the first time round i've used araldite, but he thinks when putting the tank back on he has either knocked it again, enough to take it off. Or the petrol has slowly been eating away at the adhesive. Araldite do say that their Rapid range has good resistance to petrol. Thoughts and ideas please, and not the obvious of buying a new tank.
  16. I agree, i was fumming at that, And it happens all the time. I'm sorry but JB is right to moan. Its crazy what Bou gets away with!!! And yes it clearly was a 5 just as was Dibs.
  17. Blimey, didn't realise there was so much to a trailer. My Balls nice big and gresaed up, i know cause i check daily Superb write up. Cheers
  18. I agree with copemech, i was going to suggest the same. If you get them hot enough first time, it should work a treat. Should be fairly easy for you if the wheels not locking up. Get riding around with the brake on, and don't come off until you stop to chuck water over the brakes. You know you've done it well you can't see for steam!!!
  19. Cool, nice one. Let the Fun begin then!
  20. Hi Andy, yeah i just found another thread about it, but how do you increase your rep, or lower someone elses. Hay if people are having fun with it, leave it on.
  21. Hi Guys/Gals. Whats this reputation bar thats appeared? Whats it all about? Cheers
  22. As a Tip,I know this is REALLY obvious. I set my Sky plus to Series link, the indoor trials. And so far it's found everyone.
  23. hiya, one of the site sponsors, has a How 2 section of videos. One is what to look out for and do when wwashing a trials bike. http://www.trialsuk.co.uk/how2s
