BVM list them for 125s,250s & 290s so they'll be a good place to start

I'm sure marzocchi won't have any problem in designing rigid usd forks but as they already make the forks for gas gas it makes sense for ossa to use those first off & use their time to get the rest of the bike right.
They wouldn't survive if they produced a 2000 rev3 as their first bike so for their sake I hope there aren't any problems
-
Official story is that there hasn't been time to get the usd forks right yet so conventionals have been fitted standard for the first year with the usd forks being an option next year

Wonder if the rider/minder intercoms will interfer with the signals?
-
What do you mean by in my sherco days, have you got something to tell us?
-
Factory is meant to be releasing preproduction bikes to importers this month with production starting next month.
NZ importers are flying back from riding with Colomer last week & hopefully 1 of the 2 guys will be at our trial on sunday if not too jet lagged, will be interesting to hear his impressions
-
I'm pretty sure cope is meaning the dellorto 28mm flatslide may be fitted standard, there doesn't seem to be many people who have used these & the reports on them all seem to be that a keihin or oko are far better carbs
I'm sure there's quite a few of us that will be waiting for your impressions of the bike when it arrives

An alternative seal is available from all balls- part number 55-137, the seals are common to kz1000 kawasakis amongst others

Have you heard that there are now two man made things that can be seen from space?
The Great Wall of China and the hole in the England defence.
Illusionist David Blaine is heartbroken that the record he got for doing nothing in a box for 42 days has just been beaten by Wayne Rooney.
Fabio Capello was wheeling his shopping trolley across the supermarket car park when he noticed an old lady struggling with her bags of shopping.
He stopped and asked, 'Can you manage dear?'
To which the old lady replied: 'No way. You got yourself into this mess, don't ask me to sort it out.'
What's the difference between England goalkeeper Rob Green's spill and BP's spill?
Robert Green has got a cap for his.
Osama bin Laden has just released a new TV message to prove he is still alive. He said England's performance on Saturday was completely appalling.
British intelligence have dismissed the claim, stating that the message could have been recorded anytime in the last 44 years.
What's the difference between Cinderella and the England football team?
Cinderella got to the ball
The England team visited an orphanage in Cape Town today.

Have a look at RYP's site, I think they do a spark arrester that slips over the end of the muffler & attaches with grub screws or something similar
-
I may be wrong but from memory the 200 only differs in bore size, the piston, barrel & head are all that are different between the 2 bikes
-
I see that the australian importers have announced a price on trials australia's site, not too far away from the price of a new sherco which backs up what the importers here have said
-
What you mean scotland, I'm thinking the whole world is

You got that wrong Zippy, should be that it's her life enriched
-
Had a look at Kevin Breedon's site & downloaded the 2 sections needed to give to the 247's owner, he'll be in the UK in a couple of weeks on his way to the Ossa factory so it looks like he should be able to get a kit while he's there
Thanks for the help

I could be wrong but aren't the fuel tanks on the 06s only 2.7litres or so
I've used my jarvis rep which is a pre production 05 for a lot of riding like you're describing & find that on a typical 6hr ride you can easily get away with carrying 2 extra litres, often I can come home with 1/2 a tank left
I'd suggest fitting a mud kit below the radiator & making a pre-filter as the main precautions, ARC levers are also a good investment
-
Can anyone point me toward a supplier of a rod kit or just the big end pin for a 247?
-
If they fit on top of the original 7/8" mounts they take weight off the front end in effect so your steering is less precise
-
Mmmmm, excuse me while I go drool some more
-
Commentators at Mugello were picking it to be Spies as he's contracted directly to Yamaha rather than Tech3, no ones sure how they'll get around the no rookies on factory team rule if it's for more than 2 races
Hopefully it is Colin who gets the ride as he has put in the hard yards & it doesn't sound like he bins it as often either

The 05 320 was the first 4 stroke model, they had a few issues with starting that the factory provided a upgrade kit to fix. Most bikes should have had it fitted so don't let that put you off
The 320 uses 95% of the 2 strokes running gear which means everything is well proven
From my experience I'd say that of all the 320s built the 05 is the easiest to live with for the average rider & should be a good starter bike
Have a good look at the bike & make your decision from there
-
Stick to the Dunlop, IRC & Michelin, any of the other cheaper tyres are cheap for a reason, normally have sidewalls suited to tractors & other heavy machinery like 4RTs
-
Hi Peter,
It was for John & he ended up using the shock he already had, has ordered 1 from TRP but it was too short notice to arrive in time
Good weekend with the saturday being fine & the rain on the other days only being overnight, seems like the rest of the island wasn't so lucky
-
I saw this type of problem over the weekend, the tank breather was plugged with mud quite a way up. The dealer who was there reckoned that the breather needs 8inches cut off it to stop the problem reoccuring
