    Service manual?

Hi is it possible to get manual for 2020/21 model please t.c1@btinternet.com thanks
  2. http://nonstopmotoren.com/product/carter/
  3. I have had 2015 Factory and STD and Factory 2016 models with absolutely no issues with any of them (250 versions)
  4. definitely well past its sell by date.... would be ok when its dry or rocky but you will struggle in the mud with that, you will be amazed at the difference a new one would make
  5. Go on show us a picture of you're tyre as a start point
  6. mains are 6304c3 normally steel cages, cant remember gbox def some 6202
  7. Forks are different in the photo of Sammy riding the bike in the article to this one
  8. Hope not...don't want a fat Sherco
  9. info on here for seal and oil changes http://www.formula-italy.com/en/product/trial-o39-factory/42
  10. Usually the black box CDI under the tank -they get too hot so its best to relocate it onto the front downtube
  11. There is no oil seal just an o ring on the shaft oil is all in one 1350cc 10/40w or light gear oil when you take it apart the shaft comes out with the cover, push the kickstart back to about footrest level then remove the stop bolt which is located underneath the motor usually a 16 or 17mm head. you then remove the cover complete with shaft, you reverse this on re-assembly

    Honda Tlm260Rf

I will have 2 if you can find any for that sort of money
  13. might be stating the obvious but how old is your tyre? a new one is like getting a new bike
  14. I would say the same thing, highly unlikely the timing has altered

    Tx250 Sump Plug

Middle one is the oil drain, outer one is the stop for the kickstart when you remove the clutch cover leave the kickstart lever on and rotate it backwards as if you were starting the bike so its about footrest level undo that outer bolt and slide the casing off complete with the kickstart shaft, this leaves the spring in place in the cover just reverse this process when refitting the cover
  16. I was going to suggest the same thing, normally not actually the tyre moving but the tube
  17. It was more the spares situation than bikes i was talking about, parts more readily available from abroad and delivered quicker
  18. i will agree the bikes are great but the back up is not up to scratch
  19. saw one at the weekend, looked good and ran nicely unlike the Shercos do
  20. I had one of the very first 2011 models and made a type of fuel gauge using an angled union in to the tank drain and then some clear pipe running up the frame marking the tube with 1 litre increments seemed to work I think 2014 models have a low fuel warning light?
  21. Looks like the bottom end of a 248 (1980s) with 247 top end and frame although not a lot to be seen in the photo, needs full bike view
