Has anyone tried one of these new carbs from AMAL yet, if so how do they perform? I need to get a carb sorted for the new Ariel 500cc short stroke project and was wondering whether to go with one of these rather then spend ages tweaking a Villiers. If anyone has tried one of these on an Ariel, any chance you could let me know the jetting? Thanks all

Ok people I need some advice / expertise. What would be the best fork set up for a 1959-60 James Captain K7 with a Villiers 32a engine. I have been told that Norton roadholder lower sliders with Ossa stanchions and Bultaco internals are the weapon of choice. What are your opinions? Is any one doing reproduction Norton roadholder lower sliders? I know Greeves are doing full sets of MP forks, but at a price?? Any advice - telephone number contacts etc would be appreciated. Cheers. Paul.

I saw a couple of nice Bantams @ a trial on Sunday I think they were Drayton frames (not sure) didn't get a chance to speak to the riders after as it was p***ing down and everyone was in a hurry to get away. Tried to search for some info on them can't find anything. Does anyone know about them or have a link to info. Thanks in advance

Hi all, This is one of my Dad's old bikes and I was wondering if anyone could help identify it? Could it be the base for a decent Trials bike, In particular the engine? I'm not sure what to do with the bike at the moment and wondered if there was any potential? Thanks.
