Having watched the performance of the British youth at Nigran Spain. I am optimistic that British trials has a future at World Level, post Lampkin. (when he eventually hangs up his Alpine Stars. Mind you thats a few years away and at least one more world title). I was expecting the general level of Spanish or Italian riders to be higher than the British, but it was the reverse. Imagine what it would be like if the likes of the ACU supported our youth as much as the RFME do for the Spaniards. Lastly credit most go to TC for their support.

I'm sure the organisers would like feedback from spectators as well as riders so here goes. I'm local to this venue and ride here quite a bit. When it was first announced I thought great but where will they ride. I have to say that I thought the whole weekend was fantastic. The sections turned out to be very spectator friendly and you could comfortably see four or five sections a lap.So I would like to say thanks to the organisers for trying a new venue central to the UK and lets do it again sometime.Anyone got any real negatives from the weekend?

Just had an email. No reason given. "The rider finishes his successful stage in GasGas with the accomplishment of several championships such as the Trial of the Nations Outdoor in 2018, the X-Trial des Nations 2019 and the victory in the Hungarian and Japanese GP in 2018. In addition, the bronze medals at the X-Trial and the Spanish Trial Championship of 2018. The GasGas family congratulates Jaime for his achievements and wishes him good luck and success for his professional future. "

After two rounds, not only has Tony Bou won, he's won in convincing fashion. Looking at the scores, no-one's been even close. Outside of injury, is Bou going to run away with this year's title? Can Tony Bou be stopped?

On behalf of Team Smage, we would like to thank the entire staff, crew, observers, medical staff, Ryan Young Products, David Chavez, the AMA, the NATC, the FIM, well... everyone but Jake Miller for hosting a world class event. It was a wonderful week in Sequatchie. We hope the TTC has the honor to host another round in the near future.

Right, which one of you p*** takers has submitted my details/email address to the FIM? Just received an email from Mr. Goldenberg with several attachments: - I can order 4 bibs for me, my minders and mechanic. A form to complete for the manufacturers title, a press release communique thingy, a form for my factory motorhome so that I can reserve paddock space. And, an entry form asking which of the World rounds that I will be attending... So come on, which joker was it?

For all the close season moves it was still Bou v Raga in the final. Casales 3rd is a great result Bincaz 4th also good but Benoit better indoors and I hope he can transfer this talent outdoors this year. Busto was the guy Honda appeared to think would ultimately replace Bou. Still has time on his side but needs to start winning occasionally this year. Fajardo has not yet adapted to the sherco but still exceptional on his day. Indoor maybe not the best indicator due to extreme sections, 0 or 5 and the scoring being reset each round.

Just to say well done Michael championship was always in the bag, but rode today like a true Champ and went out on top. Seems we have dominated the Junior WTC for the last few years and the future looks good with the likes of Sam Haslam and Wiggy to step up onto the top step of the podium on a regular basis. Hawkstone was a great event and well done to all the organisers, just one thing................ Did Jake get the PA system off ''Flea-Bay'' and no disrespect, but the commentator wasn't exactly motivating with commentry and interviews but apart from that top job and once again WELL DONE MIGHTY ATOM

Hi, I am planning on taking my lad down to Hawkstone 29/30 July... we missed last year We want to make the most of the weekend so if anyone has any advice I'd really appreciate it. What happens in the days before, anything happening worth going down on the 28th for ? What was the campsite like last year - suitable for me and a nine year old ? Anyone recommend a local/handy <mention of this company is not permitted on Trials Central> or PremierTravel room only kind of place instead ? If we just went for one day, is it obvious that 30th is preferable ? What time does it all start and how much earlier should we get there, what's the entrance queing like ? Wou…

Raga failed to win a single Indoor round this year. How many years since that has happened? Also of interest, all five Indoor rounds were won by four strokes.
