Having just watched another episode of BBC's Top Gear programme, I've come to the conclusion that the producers have made a concerted effort to 'dumb it down'.... a lot. Now in the past, Top Gear would never have been described as educational, sometimes bearly even informative, but the new series, (in my opinion) is utter garbage. If Top Gear is now a comedy programme then they need to employ some comical writers and some real actors, not Clarkson and co who merely come accross as overpaid arrogant idiots. in light of early indications looks like the masses have said enough is enough to austerity . and who can blame them in all honesty early predications looks like a big majority for the no vote but what knock on effect will this have across the rest of Europe with other countrys struggling with austerity measures namely Italy Spain Ireland AND france whos leader was voted in on an anti austerity ticket. a few interesting weeks lie ahead.

Is everyone else pi--ed of with Govt profiling us all,telling us how to live,not to do this or that...... How long are we going to put up with it,I feel quite happy to make my own mistakes and sort them out afterwards.Dont mind paying taxes,(Within reason)or having speed limits etc.But some of the rubbish being fed to us now really jarrs me off.I think one of the main reasons apart from a general love of bikes why I enjoy trials so much is that it seems to have largely missed out from loads of rules and regs of officialdom. I see the forum has changed recently. Seems to be a bit of a backward step IMHO. The old forum was the most user friendly forum I have used, while the new version seems to have lost some of the really nice touches. Don't get me wrong. Still the best trials forum going, just miss some of the nice old tricks.

A couple of weeks ago my phone line went off, after it was fixed it took me a couple of days to work out that the brains had been blown out of my router as it still partially worked. Anyway I've got a new router & after intially things been fine I've noticed that I'm unable to access some sites on the web, the browser sits & looks for the site & eventually times out. The problem occurs at all pc's on my hard wired network. (thick walls, old house) I've tried removing all phones etc & only having the router connected up & nothing changes. Can the blow out have shagged the wiring in my house? Is the router a duffer? Any suggestions? or is it time to star…
