A friend called me to tell me about this free video game. I checked it out. I am not really into video games, but this seemed like fun- I even tried it a few times. It's really trials bikes on a video game. I never saw that before. Better yet it's free! Have fun...Let us all know if you can master it! http://www.addictinggames.com/stuntdirtbike.html

Im quoting from other sources. There are people in here that usually know or know those in the KNOW. so I ask, IS IT TRUE? Someone very wise a few years back said, dont worry about them closing all the riding places, they'll just ban the friggin bikes one of these days... I thought, Oh bull$... they'll never do that. Right. This is the letter that was sent to Honda dealers from American Honda's senior vice president, Ray Blank... Dear Honda Dealer: On August 14, 2008, Congress enacted the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA or Act). The Act was primarily in reaction to the recent influx of lead-tainted toys that resulted in numerous reca…

So its like four outside in the garage right now.... Gasgas is needing attention but this couch i am on is soooo comfy. I know I need motivation. We needed a new post for the US anyway. I am day dreaming of this up and coming season, Surfing youtube, calculating those earned vacation hours, trying not to buy useless cr@p online, and wondering what people out there are doing with their trials bikes. So let me break this down by region.... East coast north-- Yeah its snowing there too huh? Any indoor stuff going on? Any planned travels? I used to ride in the snow and make a groove then try to ride that groove time after time. (mud rut training) Snowboarding and skiing must…

From : Racer X website Proposed 100% Tax on European Motorcycles: AMA fights possible 100 percent tariffs on certain European motorcycles Dec 8 2008 12:15PM The AMA announced today that it has written to the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative opposing a plan that could double the cost of some European motorcycles imported into the United States. The plan being considered by U.S. trade officials would impose a 100 percent import duty on more than 100 European goods -- including two engine displacement categories of motorcycles, 51cc to 250cc, and 251cc to 500cc. Cody Webb has an interview that is posted on line. Pretty nice interview. Kind of shows how endurocross has been helping the Trials guys get exposure and how rides like Geoff and Cody have made an impact on riding the big bikes. If the link below does not work go to www.theorc.com and click on Cody Webb interview. http://theorc.com/index.php?option=com_con...s&Itemid=53

Its really dead here on the forum and especially dead in my area. Feel like im the last one left in Sw Missouri but I'm not ready to turn the lights off. Ive been trying to stir up some new riders mainly thru local woods and Enduro guys. Maybe the poll should have stated what would best get people involved in trials. My personal story I read about trials bikes in dirt bike magazines in the 70s bought a used one at a local dealer was introduced to the sport events by a co worker rode one year set out 25 years went back i guess reliving my youth and have ridden 5 years since

It sure seemed that things were kind of boring around here these days, so I came up with an idea for us all to share a bit about our riding backgrounds and what brought us to this crazy sport here in 2008. I have been in many different modes over the decades, starting in 1969 with my Suzuki 90 - started competing in trials and enduro in 73 (Montesa) went to MX in 77(Montesa) then a long break from 79- 92. Back into Enduro and HS and Trials since then. Still ride street a little, but currently active in HS, Enduro, Trials and Vintage with too many bikes in the garage for my wife to understand. Rarely stuck with a single series for championship points- always tried to ride…
