I've been super busy, stacked up with work, sorting the house, taking care of a new puppy. So the old trials bikes are on the back burner for this winter ... instead I've been getting out on my other half's Rieju Tango. It's fab, basically it feels like riding my old DT100 back in the day, just with fuel injection, electric start, etc. They're just basic farm bikes, but agile enough for the tricky trails (though I need to add a skid plate, hand guards, and more aggressive tyres). What I like about it is that there's no faffing around with mixing the fuel, or messing about with the idle because of the weather, etc, just hop on and go. I might get one for…

Just on the off chance that anyone has any experience with EC200 (2005) suspension set up. A friend of mine is having trouble with his 200, he is being thrown out of the seat on double (or more) bumps as the suspenson isn't reacting fast enough, he is only 10 stone and despite having the suspension set soft, he feel s that it is still too hard however the front forks now bottom out. As he races in Enduro's, there are some jumps but not big ones as in MX, but jumps aren't really the problem, its mulitple bumps where the bike should be staying near the ground with the power on, he is being bounced all over the place. If anyone has a good base setting suitable for a 10 st…

So the reports are saying the ''Rozzers'' stopped and fined the Championship riders £60-00 for not displaying the correct size number plate? Easy target for them I suppose, but another gig at the off road motorcyclist? Only too glad the Lochaber police at the SSDT are a bit more welcoming? http://www.enduronews.com/

Got my eye on a 410 and the money is most right. Pretty nice piece. Runs good and isn't beat up. One small dent in the rear fender. Paint is pretty good. Really considering buying it, but wondering about where to find parts if I need them. Any help would be Great.

Hey all Looking to get a new motorcross bike for hare and hound racing. I ride the Midwest series and Wessex centre enduros so I need a bike that is quite agile and very torquey. I am currently in the sportsman class but will go up into the clubman class in 2009. Last year I rode a YZF 250 with a flywheel weight, but I am unsure to stay with a four stroke or go for a 300 2 stroke? I liked the YZF but am curious if there is anything better out there. Anyone have any experiences or recommendations? If anyone can advise me on these questions I would much appreciate it. What is a better bike for hare and hound, 300cc stroke or 250 four stroke? What manufacture of bike…

So. I will take my time to explain as best as i can. Sorry for my english So i bought a husky wr250 2007 ( i think) with no spark. After trying some cdi s i had around i got one working (by working i mean spark) tried to startnthe bike but all it does it pops thru the exhaust, after many days of fiddling around i removed the stator and flywheel case and look like it has an mini 4 hierro motoplat flywheel and stator. Tried retarding the spark but same results, then i had the ideea to take the cilinder head out put the spark plug next to the cilinder and i took a slow mo vid to see if the spark meets the piston at TDC and it does but then sparks one more time at btdc??…

Hi all I have been riding my 2006 Yamaha YZF250 for around 6 months now. I am getting used to riding a four stroke motocross bike. However in recent very wet events, I have come across the wobblers (or slow b******* as some people call them) being very slow and struggling. To keep the bike running I am having to keep applying and slipping the clutch while waiting for a chance to get by. But this quickly causes the clutch to over heat and become virtually ineffective so I keep stalling the bike. It cools down when I stop for 10minutes or after I
