hi ive got a problem, my front pipe on my bike doesnt seem to seal where the exhaust goes into the barrel. it seems that the gasket doesnt hold the exhaust tight and seal it properly which causes a leak and also a loose frontpipe even with the bolts tightened fully. im just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how i can get the exhaust to seal, ive thought about using two gaskets as theres quite abit of space between the exhaust end and the back of the hole where the gasket sits, would this work or not and do you have any other ideas that would solve the problem? thanks coxy

Hello all, I have been looking for the clutch master and slave cylinder rebuild kits for this bike but have not been able to find the parts to be able to order. I was wondering if any of you guys have had this same issue and know where I can order these parts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have just replaced my fan and dismantlied wiring that connected the coil to the farm etc, Now putting back together I can't remember how it fits together - 2 black boxes (I have seen wiring diagrams but these do no help) its the position of the components as these not much space. Could someone help with taking photos of how the wires connect to the frame/coil and the wire that fits to the top of the fan and the 2 black boxes Thank you in advance Aids

Just got a new Gasgas, coming from a 23 sherco, I had an opportunity of a really good deal on a brand new Gasgas so I want to try that and sell whichever one I like riding less. The gasgas is so much longer than the sherco, the reach seems quite a bit longer. For guys that have ridden a bunch of different trials bikes, you guys find that? How did you adjust?

  9. Hi Just looking for some help, my daughter rides a Gas Gas 50cc Auto, I just started it on the stand and for some reason when you pull in the clutch the revs start to increase, it seems to be manageable once the bike is in gear but just wondered if anybody might know what it is. Also sometimes when I switch the bike off, for a second or two can still here something mechanical going round ?

I have bought a Gas Gas EC 300 year 2000 and am in the process of getting it back a fit for use. I am new to mechanics and need help with the rear brake that i have just serviced. There are two thin metal plates. Each a different shape, that somehow sit on the bake of the brake pads. I cant see how they should be refitted in order to replace the pads. Can someone help explain / send a picture or tell me where i can get hold of a workshop type manual that would have a diagram to assist. Any help for a newbie would be much appreciated. ta. Also are there any Gas Gas riders in the surrey / sussex / hants area that would like to meet for green laning. ??

Can anyone tell me how many links there are in an 02 GG 280 pro chain? I know I can count them but I forgot to last night and want to order a new chain today. 101 links sounds familiar. I was going to order a 110 and cut it. I just want to make sure I order it long enough. Many thanks!

My 320 rear brake has stopped working. I have tried bleeding & pressure bleeding but to no avail. It feels like the master cylinder isn't working properly. Is there any adjustment on the master cylinder? Is there any other things that I can try.

I finally removed the muffler bracket on a GG, annealed it to be safe, and bent it to a nice "s" shaped offset, and the tire no longer hits the muffler. For the time being... Replaced the rubbed-off rivets, too. 5/32", I think.

right so I have a txt 280 a 06 model which i was out on one day and it cut out as if it ran out of petrol although it was full, so i checked and there was no spark. at this stage I am about to crack up i have checked everything and thought it was the cdi unit which i changed at ahuge cost only to find that i still had no spark. the only thing i can possibly think it might be is the thing on the flywheel which sends the signal for the spark, does anyone know if these thing can wear out or break or if they have to be a certain distance from the flywheel, cant find anything online about it. Head officially wrecked
