  1. Blimey that takes me back 30 yrs, i had a silica based one on the bench and used to clean a selection of plugs before each Trial - 2 for each pocket if memory serves me right, so there was equal weight distribution in my TT Leathers jacket
  2. Was it caused by loose bolts? Check price of hub from Sandifords/Pidcocks, before looking at Engineering options I had a little job done last week and it would have been nearly as cheap to buy the new part from a dealer
  3. When I first started driving in 1982, I had a Mini Van I used to open the rear doors, put a piece of 4x2 over the top of the open rear doors, put my Majesty200 in backwards and hang the handlebars over the top of the piece of 4x2 and strap the whole lot down Worked a treat, in the days before speed bumps had been invented and over-zealous coppers - had to reverse into some parking fields at trials though The folly of youth @ 17

Hi chaps Thinking about getting one perhaps, a late 80's version with lights, indicators and speedo for maybe LDT duties or maybe trailriding or to get into observing duties/course help at bigger trials..................so not really to Trial competitively Looks like Parts made be a nightmare to obtain, particularly engine and chassis parts - yes or no? Seen a few tidy ones, so although they are in good order now, then they shouldn't need much maintenance.................right?? Any tips
  11. Sounds a load of grief..........................just ride mine standard
  12. Agree with Dabster & Ishy - I think the need is greater than the desire financially & as they say there are more

All the spare parts come in Honda bags when you order them, if that helps ? I understood that the engine is built in Japan, more than likely at the HRC division, then shipped to Montesa-Honda factory in Barcelona for assembly there Frames come from Verlicchi (sp) in Italy to Barcelona for assembly Most components come from the Japanese Honda factories (wheels etc) Some other components are European, Bars/grips/levers/throttle/ tyres
  16. Doubt it, when they 'spin' out.......................there's not much getting it back
  17. Wasn't that Brown?
