No the full circumference type wont fit the Pro.http://www.trialspartsusa.com/manuals/depiecepro2004.pdf but you should also check the rear of the idler gear for damage.The part no in the manual shows for the kickstart quadrant, mt280226002

Well for the 2009 2.9 piston/cylinder tolerance is 0.0270- 0.0325 mm

Same way as your rotor is turning,so if running anti clockwise do same with stator plate.

Well this is a screenshot from Gas Gas Usa
maybe u have a air leak somewhere.causing it to run weak.if your jets all clear. i have run my previous Gas Gas models around 3 1/2 turns out give or take a bit either way. float weight should be 2.8 grams. so you could check them in some premix, they should float approx half way.you say u set your idle screw out a few turns,I used to start with the mixture screw as recommeded 3 1/2 turns then adjust the idle screw ( slide ) to get a decent tickover, then when engine had warmed up,screw the mixture screw in or out to see if the speed picked up or dropped,then back of on the idle screw until i got a even tick over .also blipping the throttle make sure no hesitation on pick up.

Have you checked to see that the engine is not flooded,with you say you dropped it down a hill,even though the engine was stopped.and have you rechecked your woodruff key.

To drain the transmission fluid there's hole in the sump plate a allen bolt underneath the engine.Also looks like a 99 model no later, to check yourself

When you refilled the reservoir did you squeeze the hoses to purge the system of air. and was it ok before you drained the fluid.
