Put the main cluch cover on and slowly push the kickstart down with a little preasure on the pump housing and on it goes but make sure you get in to the right 2 slots!!

bend a peice a thin steel to the shape of the under side of the mud gard as you only need it on the bottom and rivet it eather side of the crack hope this helps!!

when it is realy wet and a big big clime i use 3 rd but have a gasser 125 i know some one who has a beta and he has only used 3 once the whole time he's had it he mostly uses 1 st hope this helps

try puting it in gear and roll it back/forwad my gasser dose that some times so i just do what i just said and it moves i dont think it meshes propaly. let me know if it works

put wasing up liquid inbetween the rim and the tyre and they pump it up to 20-40psi

my gas gas hasent caused me any problems and beta weighs a lot more but grip well in the wet not so good for jumping ect i pefer gas gas becouse gas gas rule

clicky try this you ay have lost the ball bearing or push rod have you looked to see if the out side pressure plate moves did a simmalar thing to a gasgas jtx lost the ball bearing hope this helps
