Lot of thought gone in to the machine, love the idea of the front down tube being the fuel tank. If it rides as good as it looks and the price isn't silly it could be very popular.

What a negative bunch you lot are, at the end of the day we all can choose what we want to ride, none of you can say how the bike performs or how it will handle the rain and mud, if you don't like the design that's fair enough but you can't say how it will work, it will no doubt get it's chance in action soon enough. I think the video shows the bike off better than the photo's did, and makes the bike look smaller. It must have some sort of breather, you can't use a couple of litre of fuel without that space being filled with air.
  3. It's only been it that position for ten years, and in all that time I have yet to break one.

Do I detect a slight hormonal change in your posting John

I have one here that still has tit's on the original front tyre, even the 200 side pannel stickers are the original ones. I did change the shocks and pegs.
  6. Bit like sex really, some positions feel better than others
  7. "cannot comfirm genuinity though." The original picture doesn't have the GG style front pipe, or the GG water pump, just looks like some sloppy photoshopped gasser motor to me, I'll wait and see what the real deal looks like.
  8. I think we should keep it were it is, fer't old folk.
  9. I see anyone riding off road in BC Victoria need to sport a BCORMA trail sticker price $30/ year even on the clubs own private property. In Oregon we have the ORV tag which costs $10.50 for two years, and only applies when you are riding on state forestry property, on private property used by our club, which is the majority of the events each year, no sticker is required. Both California and Washington states honor the Oregon sticker as we do thier sticker. If we come up to ride the PNTA rounds on private property and have to pay $30 plus entry fee per rider to ride on private property, is it fare to charge your riders $30 extra to ride our events ?. Or would it make more sense we honor your off road sticker, and you our sticker. Does this sticker fee also apply at the BC Ioco riding area ?.

More the shame, I think they would sell, it's hard to spend many hours restoring a bike to original, then go out and throw it at rocks.

They look to be built close enough to the original to be legal in my opinion. It could be good for twin shock trials if new machines were both legal and available. I also think the main attraction to twin shock events, is the type of section used, but machines and parts are getting hard to find, new replica's like those above should be welcomed, I think it would attract more riders than you think
  12. Makes you think when it took a whole team of lad's to move that with pry bars and other tools, and the top riders can do it with thier boot.

  20. The 125 averaged out at 51 dabs / day for a total of 306 for the week, Das boot averaged out at 75.5 / day for a total of 453.
  21. True so true, and only 150 more dabs than the little Sherco 125.
