Best Shocks For My 325 Bul
It's better to have a reliable bike than a trick one, at least starting off. Also, which Sherpa T do you have? Model number? You list a 250 Sherpa T 80 (I assume a M80) but them mention a 325.

Show Me The Inside Of Your Transport, transit, Etc
This is not my trailer but one that we saw at the Klamath Falls AHRMA event last fall. He got a lot of bikes into a very small space by putting the bikes at an angle. One row of E-track on the wall and then the inexpensive 2x4 brackets with a piece of aluminum angle bolted on it. The front tires were then pushed against the aluminum angle. I believe there was also a second row of E-track on the floor for tying down the bikes. E-Track: 2x4 Bracket: Setup: With bikes: Google E-Track to find a dealer. In my cousin's van we use either this from Harbor Freight: or homemade wooden chocks. The carpet on the floor of the van holds either secure and then we just use tiedowns to secure the bikes. We don't even bolt them to the floor.

Two Cracked Valves And A Broken First Piston Ring !
Would pre-detonation (pinging) crack a valve? But more likely a manufacturing defect. Probably isn't still under warranty.

Bultaco 199 One Finger Clutch Operation.
I know I could have done that but I'm sure he has close to a quintillion posts by now and I was hoping that someone had the info bookmarked. Yes, I'm officially lazy. Needless to say, if I find it I'll post the link here. Here's the one writeup I did find from penno350. Dunno if it's the same one as you did.

I'm certainly no Yamaha expert, but it could be the condenser.

Some Different Valve Designs.
Mercury was the same place that built the ZR-1 engine (the ZR-1 from the late 80-early 90s). I don't remember the part about the other engine, but that sounds about right.

Do you have the link to his post handy?

Protection, Do We Need It?
Seems a bit excessive for a trials bike. Perhaps you need to rethink your speeds through the sections.

Phoenix, Az Area Trials Early This Spring?
It doesn't seem they've updated their website with the 2008 events. Thanks.

Phoenix, Az Area Trials Early This Spring?
Are there any trials events (twinshock especially) in the Phoenix AZ area from January to April? Weather can't be an issue.

H40033 Cota Swinging Arm Bearings
Do you mind specifying what "a little work" really entails? To some people it could mean chucking it up in a lathe, to me it means hitting it with a little sandpaper...

Ossa Info Please
Or get the Amal resleeved. Better than new. And costs less. Mikunis are for people who are lazy.

Anyone From Northern Carolina.
I'm guessing from the Australian location that Northern Carolina is not the same thing as Northern North Carolina.

Hopping
About the only hopping I do is when the kickstarter kicks back, throwing my knee into the handlebar, causing me to hop around and swear.

Montesa Cota 247
Does a guy from Portugal really have to go that far for Montesa parts?

Pink Plastics
if you go with paint, make sure it has an additive to make it extra flexible or is intended for plastics.

Bultaco Fans Look If You Dare
If there is good news I don't think the frame has been altered.

Bultaco 199 One Finger Clutch Operation.
Wouldn't it just be easy to get a bigger finger? Ok, seriously... Are there rules in your area preventing moving to hydraulics? That would probably get the effect you are looking for. I'm able to ride without touching the clutch (99% of the time), but that's the local flavor of sections and rules.

Whitlock Bultaco Frame.calling Hamblefield!

Sammy Miller M92
ebay listing When I saw this on the local Craigslist I thought it was a guy in the local club selling his bike. I mean, how many of these can there be? Turns out there were about three of them in the area. They were all bought at the same time back in the 70s, modified and competed with. I am trying to get the opportunity to photograph it for historical purposes. It was originally posted on Craigslist for $1500, but I think it will go a lot higher. As of this posting it's already at $1325 with 5 days left. He also has a M10 bitsa for sale, although it may not generate the same interest.

Bultaco 199b Kickstart
Actually to embed an image using Trials Central's services requires a fee, and rightly so. But that it doesn't preclude you from posting a picture using other services. No comment on the attitude.
