  5. A plumbers pipe cutter is the neatest way if you don't have a guide. 10mm off each side makes a noticeable difference.

    Piston Clearance

    "In box" private message box. Squish - distance between piston and cylinder head at tdc. I needed that as I went from 240 to 250cc. If you do have to adjust the squish it can be done on a lathe as it is a centre plug hole. Ross

    From Peter Knight for 240cc, might be of some relevance ? Your In Box full ? Clearance min 0.07mm max 0.09mm (skirt) Squish 1.25mm - 1.50mm
  17. Generally no problems with IRC' s and Akront rims. Also been using Talon rim locks with no problems.
  18. Did you have to wear a peaked cap when you took the owner out ??
  19. Had a quick shot in one, rally suspension etc, now that really is a classic.

  21. Was it a magnesium casing ? Your lucky to have someone capable of doing it successfully.
