Gordon,
so you have a orange alloy tank, right? If so it is a model from the David Brand time andit has to fit a engine with the alloy barrel.Could be that it is bike 55.

Basic engine of the 200 is the sachs 6 speed 175ccm gs(180ccm Army engine Hercules)The modified engine for the Saracen got a brass ring on the flywheel and a big weiht on the clutch side. You can run them with very low revs,it got very good bottem end power.

Hi Thorsten.
is that your bike here advertised:
http://kleinanzeigen.ebay.de/anzeigen/s-anzeige/trial-garelli-320-twinshock/215159239-305-9105?ref=search.
I guess there is one lad from the Zirndorf Club(Rainer Bickel) who's got one of these not shure if it is a twinshock or mono, anyway it is the same engine.
If you come ext year to the Campo Canavese Trial you can speak with Danielo Gelazzi. He was a former Worksrider for the Garelli Factory and i'am shure he knows everything about the bike.

I do the same,
