Bought a set of DP friction plates for my GasGas Pro in the week from my local bike shop after fitting them to the bike I realized they were slightly out of tolerance. The pack measured 9.66mm (should be 9.75/9.85mm), they were only 0.09mm under bottom limit but I thought i'd email DP direct and let them know as they state that the set should be within tolerance right out of the box. Got an email back the same day from the Technical Director stating that they're quality control and customer service is very important to them and that they'll send me a new set out right away, no charge, no questions. I have the fortune to ride in an absolutely epic OHV area near San Diego called McCain Valley. Huge slab Rick mountains with endless possibilities. I picked up trials earlier this year after many years of Moto. I was really feeling the flow on my trusty Beta Techno. There a parking area right next to a giant slab/ hill. You could roll up with a '15 CRF450 and it won't get nearly the attention that even a 18 yr old trials bike brings! People always come over to talk about it. Sat wide awake thinking (sad *******) about my first trials bikes back in 82, a 1971 Montesa 247 Cota followed by a TY 175. Technology made a big step in 83 with the TY250 monoshock as i saw Mr Scarlett on one at Steetly quarry. I stopped in 84 only to return in 90 to see the Beta Zero water cooled and then stopped in 94. I once again returned to trials in 98 to see the hydraulic clutch to which was the last major improvement i can really think of. I was wondering what will the next major advances be on the trials bike be ? maybe gas only shock like on the mountain bikes or CVT gearbox. I guess injection two stroke will be happening as the new Ossa comes back to market…

Hi, do'es any one know if there is a trials club in Murcia Spain? or surrounding area.

I wonder if anyone can help me? I looked at the classifieds on the site and saw someone selling OF3 trials boots. I tried to look up some info on the web but only got MTB sites describing their apparel, not these boots. Has anyone any experience of these boots and/or any pictures? Are they even for motorcycle trials? Maybe they're for bicycle trials or something. Also, has anyone tried a pair of Forma Gripper boots? Opinions? Cheers..........

I have a 2011 GG TXT Pro 125 and was thinking of replacing the standard fat bars with the Jitsie bars. I seem to be riding hunched over existing set up I have 22mm bar raisers but still suffer with lower back pain has anyone any experience on raising fat bars. I'm 175cm tall and not sure whether to try the 5.5" or 6.0" bars?

ago Hello all, I’m thinking about buying a second hand trials bike. I think I’m going to go for a Beta rev 3. The rear fender looks like it could be easily damaged, especially with myself riding.New replacement rear fenders seem to be unobtainable for the earlier models.What are people doing when they break their rear fender to replace it if it can’t be repaired? Wanted urgently - bike to suit middle aged beginner. Must be in nice condition and within reasonable distance of Gloucestershire.

Thinking about one of these and there are two versions. One has a small diameter neck that includes a pouring spout, whilst the other doesn't. Does anyone know if the small diameter neck is still big enough to be filled easily from the spout of a plastic 5 litre spare petrol container, the general car type sold everywhere? Thanks

I remember seeing this on the internet a while ago. I think it was USA designed and built, but havent heard anything after about it since. If I remember rightly, it was designed as a pit bike toy rather than a kids bike Anyone know if they are available to buy anywhere ? It looks good and could be something to try for my eldest

Should the tops of the forks be flush with the top triple clamp, or should the forks come out a bit, maybe a quarter inch or so?
