Has anyone any information about the santigosa 3 day as we are about to enter this trial. How hard would the three routes be compaired to a British youth national etc. and any other tips. Grasias.

I rode in the second round of the Scarborough club championship this Sunday gone, what a good trial. Plenty of variation in the sections a bit of everything for everybody, great weather what more could you want. Did any of you out there who read these forums ride it and if so what are your views. And a big well done for Scarborough rider Michael Brown on his ride in the British Championship

Hello, I have seen the wednesday night trials at low north park and was just wondering if the two sept 11th trials have a similar difficulty to them?? Sounds mint that there is a trial in the morning and afternoon?? Simon

Scarborough Youth 2day 5th & 6th August. So whos coming down to ride ?? Excellent 2 days of trialing , beer tent and the lot : Last year was great it would be good to see an even better turn out this year of riders. Clerk of the Course Bruce Storr & his helpers have been out all week flagging the 85 mile & 76 section route & hopefully they will have made all the finishing touches before dark tomorrow night. I've had a few requests for this so to save sending out emails etc. here goes. The start field is sign posted from the centre of Richmond, it's on the road from Richmond to Markse. OS leisure map #30 is ideal for the area. Programme with map is available on the start field & most local shop / garages etc. Get to the start field for 8 ish then you'll get a good look round. or hell lets loose at 9.00am when the first man sets off & they then go at 20 second intervals. There's then several ways of doing it, you simply can't see everything as it all happens too fast so making a plan & sticking to it is a good idea. The amount of traffic on the day stops you go…

It's two weeks until the entries close for this years Scott Trial. There's only one chance a year to ride the worlds greatest one day Trial. So download your regs from HERE & get then posted back to the secretary.

The entry list looks full of quality this year and I thought that maybe we should try and come up with potential winners for the trial, or maybe even a top three. It is a unique combination of speed, fitness and consistency between the sticks that will win it, but who has the best overall package? To help get started a few questions: What is the lowest riding number to win the Scott? Has a non-uk rider ever won? How will David Knight get on, bearing in mind his trials pedigree prior to getting quite good at Enduros? How much is local knowledge really an advantage? Too early to predict my top three but I'm sure there are more questions that will help us work it out.
