Hi, If, for example, I built a Hi-Boy framed TL125 using a new SM frame and an old TL125 as the donor machine, can I register it for road use? If so what's the process? Will it have a Q plate or can it take the number of the donor bike, for example? Thanks in advance.

I need to get a downpipe created for my Matchless G3, I currently use one of the SM out-of-the-box pipes but am looking to get a longer one with a bend to keep it tighter to the engine. Ideally stainless steel but not adverse to be of Titanium :-) Any recommendations as to who I could contact for this? Many thanks....

Congratulations to all finishers! here the link: http://www.twnclub.ch/classic_trial_files/..._Trial_2006.htm needs ADSL, as many pics Maybe I will ad later some clips from the muddy section 14 on Sunday... Enjoy it. Riders, for pics in better quality email me. Patrick (Switzerland)

Can anyone recognize/ID these fork trees? They're on a TL125 with 34mm KT250 forks but the clamps are from neither of the above. The top unit keeps cracking so it's time to try to locate a replacement. Thanks for any help! John in NC USA

Back in the day, many trials where held on Army Estates in and around both Aldershot and Bordon. These venues and the trials, attracting hundreds of riders, yet finding any information/history on them (Talmag excluded), even in this information age is proving difficult to do. Has anybody got a potted history or can point me to a reference source to any of the trials, clubs, riders or photo’s of that era? Or even better still, post them on this site, with reminisces, photo’s etc.

Hello, I could do with a bit of help if anyone can assist please My trials Cub, has a PVL electronic rotor connected to an Electrex world cdi coil pack, unfortunately the chap who built it is no longer with us, so there is no way I can verify this. The two instructions from each manufacturer state different ignition settings BTDC My question is: Which setting would be best to set the static timing, the Electrex world at 6.5mm BTDC or PVL 1.8-2.2mm BTDC? I am led to believe that the PVL has little or no advance till 7000 rpm, but the Electrex world has the advance built into the coil pack Can anyone positively confirm or deny the above Any fur…
