Hi! I’m wondering if a 2010 Beta rim will fit on a 2001 Beta Rev 3? There is a guy selling a complete rim for a cheap price and my rim is broken. Stupid question I know… but I don’t have the knowledge. Best Regards!

Right then..... I'm getting much better at balancing the bike at a standstill as the practice has paid dividends however I'm trying to hop the front and rear now and I'm finding it nearly impossible to get either wheel off of the ground. I can bunny-hop a mountain bike (yes I know it's much lighter!) however I'm using the same technique with a lot more effort without any real result. Could it be that I need to adjust the suspension to give me more re-bound - (less rebound damping) when the forks and rear shock de-compress? I've seen a few instructional vids and other riders do it on their bikes and it looks as though they are not having to use half the effort that I a…

Has anybody got any recommendations on the Keihin carb settings on an Evo 125? Finding it a little too rich off the bottom and it doesn't seem to want to pull 2nd at low rpm.......wondering about changing the needle position and maybe a slightly smaller pilot? Cheers.....

I fully submerged my Beta 270 on the week-end, I have now got it up and running but find that kick starting it feels different. It springs back realy fierce like a cement mixer I am now scared to kick it over in fear of breaking my ankle. Is this a timing re-tard issue caused by the drowing of the bike when it was running. Thanks

Is there a way you can check on the year and model of a bike from the frame and engine numbers? Am hoping to get my bike this weekend and want to check on the year of the bike as I dont know enough about them to recognise one year from another. These are the numbers if someone can tell me what it is: frame number: zd3t3010150001036 engine: zd3b9t501843cl29

Anyone got any tips on how to remove the centre bolt from the clutch so that I can remove the clutch basket? Everything just keeps moving. I've made a tool to hold the edge of the gear. Tried a normal socket, long bar, impact driver and now an air impact driver, but nothing has budged it. I've also tried left and right hand thread for both.

Went out on my 96 250 Techno yesterday, rode for about an hour, nothing strenuous, just around the fields in the snow, mostly 2nd/3rd gear very low revs 'pootling' around. I had noticed the fan hadn't come on, but it was pretty bloody cold, and hadn't been using the throttle much at all, so wasn't overly concerned. Was all running fine, then I stopped for about 2 minutes, sat there with the bike upright and fuel left on, kicked her up and she revved out of control. The kill switch had no effect, so I pulled the plug lead, turned off the fuel and she gradually slowed down and stopped, but not before she'd boiled and spat all the coolant out. It wasn't running absoultel…

What is the best way to get a bit more action or response out of the rear shock? 1. Adjust the top screw (see attachment A)? 2. Adjust the spring postion, or add more tension by turning the spacer up? Just looking for a small amount of umph for rear wheel hops. Thanks Tom
