hi all,my 2011 ossa has developed a vibration at about 2/3rds throttle. up to that point all sounds well and starts fine.I cant find anything loose anywhere to cause it.The spark plug was black and a bit oily so I was wondering if the tps was a bit out would it cause the vibration.

Hello, New to trials, not new to bikes. I very recently bought a 2011 280i from a mate, he has not used the bike for some time and may even have lost interest in the bike given it was so much hard work to start. It had the 9volt battery mod but I found that the handlebar push button to engage the battery was not functioning. So the bike took a million kicks to start by which time you needed a lie down to recover..... I replaced the switch which improved things but around 10 kicks to light the fire was not uncommon. Did Ossa have a mid year graphics change? I have seen two '12s for sale with '13 graphics. Both bike are like new with no time on them. Neither bike has the white marzzochi forks on them. If they did have a change, is that also when the new style air cleaner was added. I saw a previous thread that said the very first '12 didn't have the air cleaner update.

Hi, got a nice MAR here, gears on right. I can see that the swap of the gear lever is simple. Any parts needed to put brake on right? Also appears to have two neutrals, one between 3 and 4 as well??? Many thanks

Seem to have developed a leak on my clutch master, fluid seems to be leaking from around the sight glass. Anyone else experienced this and any suggestions on a fix? I am not sure if they are a press fit or if there is a O ring or are they just glued in

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me the measurements of the sidestand bolt from my Ossa mar. The chromer has managed to `lose` mine, it maybe in the bottom of the tank but it will be a while before he empties it!! Thanks in advance, Nigel.

I have taken the time to search and read about these bikes. I recently acquired a 1973 MAR and was wondering if the center exhaust section contains or contained at one point packing material, or is it baffled, or simply a small expansion chamber? I ask on account of wanting to clean it off carbon deposits internally and externally prep it for paint.

I have a 1975 250 MAR but the rear brake has 25mm wide shoes which i think was from earlier models (?), InMotion only stock 30mm wide. I am assuming these don't fit but i can find plenty of Y503 shoes that are 110 x 25mm and cheap too for genuine EBC, has anyone tried these or am i left with finding a local relining company fr the solution? Any help gratefully received, Ian

Anyone have good solutions for a spark arrestor on a Termi? The exhaust doesn't stick out- but the inner (toward center of bike) part is flush. So the type I have won't fit. I suppose I can fabricate a pipe that will go inside the Termi exit and inside the arrestor. (The arrestor I use fits right on the standard exhaust) But I' like to hear if anyone has a better solution. Mark

Hi there, I have 2013 TR That is extremely hard to actually get kicker to move. I I have a 9 V system starts first/ second kick but 5 out of 10 starts I’m stomping on the kick start lever and still can’t get the lever to move. I can put my whole weight on and just bounce me off really worried it’s gonna break is there a reason

Hello all, I am tring to get my father's 1970 Plonker going again. A litle background information. While riding it, the chain came off and jammed in the side case. Damage, a broken crankshaft and a gear(4th) in the transmission. Well, I had the engine repaired by someone who deals with Spanish bikes. Now, when I go to put the bike into first gear, it seems like it is going into 3rd gear. Seems as if this is the only gear I can get it into. I can not get first. Also, when I pull in the clutch, it makes a slight grinding noise at first and then stops. Anyone have an idea what is up? Thanks

It died as tho i had my hand on the kill switch running in 3rd gear.Disconnected the kill switch,still no spark with new plug attached.Any ideas or known issues before i take it to Ossa Canada?

Have totally stripped the bike down to the frame for powder coating but still have the fuel pump to remove. It seems to have quick connectors on the fuel lines but I have no idea how to separate them. Anyone know how?

I'm a newbie and my bike seems to be geared a bit higher than other bikes I've ridden. Does anyone know of other bikes the countershaft sprocket would cross reference to?
