  1. What is the best way to bleed the clutch on a 4RT? First crash on the bike (going slow, around 5 mph) and I cracked the inside of the clutch cover causing all of the hydraulic fluid to leak out into the engine case. I replaced the clutch cover, slave cylinder piston, and o-rings. I tried bleeding the clutch using a Motion Pro Easy Bleed Hydraulic Brake Bleeder, but cannot get any clutch pressure. I also had my neighbor help with same results. Any recommendations or recommended tools? I a looking at purchasing the Phoenix Max-Pro. Thanks for your help.

Hey Guys: I'm looking at a 315R as the bike to get back into the sport on.... I'm not too fussed on the bike year at the moment - unless somebody can give me any pointers on a good year to look at? From what I've seen - it looks like the head angle may have got a little slacker from 2002 onwards?...is this correct? If so - are the earlier bikes a little more trick to ride? Any advice/chat on what to consider/year on year developments would be appreciated.... Cheers.... ...if anybody knows any good bikes available too.....?

These polished parts are available here in germany.....6mm instaed of standard 5mm......more protection on flywheelside.... I think they are being imported by Steve Goode. Dont think they are too expensive eiither and I have heard they make 4RT dogbones also that raise the groundclearance by 2cm. Looks good dont it!

Hi out there in trials land. I have just purchased an 06 Repsol and love it but whilst taking the restrictor out I have damaged the gasket at the end of the header pipe and muffler junction. I have been told they are not listed as a spare part through Montesa which seems strange as it is a service style of part I would think . Does anybody know where I may get one or two from ? Cheers Scott

Does anyone know the best method of fixing the plunger to the rear brake pedal. It looks like some form of special rivet.

  18. I have some old small mountain bike lights that used to run off a battery in a water bottle. I was wondering if they could be run off the electricle system as most bikes come with a light from factory. the lights are 15 and 20 watts each, I think they used to run off 7.2 volts but really not sure on that one. would these lights be hard on my magneto? thanks for the help. I want to start night ridding soon and need some good light.
