  1. Had same problem. Get some stans notubes from a mountain bike shop take the valve core out use a syringe to squirt in about a cupfull. Put valve back blow it up and ride around for a while sorted mine

    Just stripped my front wheel down to respoke with stainless and measured my offset at 12.5mm from brake side so it could be 15mm is correct . Mines a 199a. Hope this helps

    Plates will be ok they can run dry as do Pete's clutch. You won't regret buying one. Fit and forget I don't bother using a gasket as no oil to leak.

    Pete Kirby 07886 745942. Nice chap very helpful. Not cheap but quality never is. I've had 3 from him work nice. Think they were about £450.

  17. The ag bikes alloy swing arm is a copy of a works bike. Ag has the actual bike in his collection. Ag bikes are located in north yorkshire uk
  18. Yes you should be able to tell. There will be a close fitting washer on the crank which if you remove it you will see the rollers cage behind it. The washer is a precision fit inside the bearing outer as it keeps the oil in. Hope this helps
  19. Sounds like a blockage and not circulating
  20. I have 2 engines with the Pete Kirby belt drive clutch. Money well spent. Nice and progressive no slip no oil to leak don't need a gasket. Fit and forget. I also have a alloy one from Burton's its better than a standard one and a lot lighter but nowhere near as good as the Kirby clutch.

    Don't know who built that but Jim pickering does the Drayton c15 frame Really nice and well made at a good price
