No matter how much work you have done for the club, some good fun while trespassing could negate it in minutes. If I stepped on or in something I think I would hit the delete B.

While it is a cool video most all the places they are riding with out permission. (Trespassing on bikes have closed a lot of areas) Pay attention to the opening comments. So they could be causing a very negative impact on the local riders. We 50 year olds have fought long and hard to keep the riding areas open. The next time you are riding (Riding a boring muddy field appeals to me much better than playing X-box at home.) you might thank the old guys for a place to ride!

Are you sure the carb or radiator did not leak onto it? Just lookin` it seems ok. Just keep an eye on it.

I would pull it apart before you start replacing parts. The sherco has a piece that mounts to the end of the shift drum. This has roll pins for the shifter actuating arm to catch to rotate the drum. I would inspect this closely before anything else.

As much as you ride, change it once a month. Does everyone run H1R? It really does not burn real clean. 80;1 would help.

I understand that it sounds like fuel. I have seen several bikes with poor connections at the cdi. Make sure all the pins are pulled out in the proper placement at all the plugs in the wiring harness. Would hate to think you are chasing the wrong problem.

Glenn, the funny thing about K&N`s. They were invented in Albuquerque and made in the back room of the local Yamaha shop I used to work at ! Small world. You are about halfway there. Towards the end is a bunch of noobs that can`t see the light of day with real world jetting. Being you have already fixed the carb , it becomes pretty laughable that people insist on jetting wrong

I would replace the condenser again and check the grounds.

You turn by footpeg pressure. As in all turns body position is important.

Some Sherco`s seem to rest on the disc guard. I remember a rider installing a new guard at a trials. Just as soon as he kicked up the side stand the `new` guard broke instantly.

I would just call speed and sport in CA. There is nothing magical in springs for an old Bul.

You are likely missing the guard that it stops against.

It`s all a matter of timing. At your age (I think we are about the same) fun is more important. Take a step back, maybe vintage would be better. Back to the question, you have to be 100% in the mind before attempting any obstacle. Sounds like you are getting no lift before the obstacle. The transition to weighting the back is very important. Maybe I should recommend some used formulas . The 2012 de-bacle of brakes was no better. The poster was banging the brand instead of looking for help. After all the poor B--st--ds that delt with the GASSER and Sherco problems in 2012.
