Scorpa Rear Shock Question
Well, I know you are in the states. Go under your member and add location, you will get more help that way. You might try works performance shocks. Have you tried Mike at the Tryals shop in NY?

Dellorto Set Up
Tltel is correct that it`s fuel. Just a thought as your first trials bike. It is possible for the choke lever to get stuck partially open due to it`s location. Just double check the arm is sitting down in the groove.

Dellorto Set Up
Chris, you have anyone that you ride with to compare bikes or give advice. You seem to be searching for something that is hard to fix on just the net. Almost sounds like clutch drag, and the `02 had many clutch issues!

06 Txt Pro 300 Still Overheating After 20 Mins!
So did you leave the fan hard wired. Have you inspected the impellor as they do break being plastic.

Gas Gas Txt Pro 280 2002
The pro was geared a little tall. Count the teeth on the counter shaft sprocket. It came with an 11t. A ten will do for most riders.

Learning To Wheelie Consistently
Never seen a `Pro` ride sitting down in a section!?!

40Mm Marzocchi Forks Disassembly (And Hopefully, Reassembly)
Glad you have it straight in your head now Jimmie. All this talk reminds me that my sons fork has a slight seep.

Learning To Wheelie Consistently
The bike is not flopping, you have the control through the pegs. You want a long wheelie click it up to fourth and have at it. Any wheelie longer than two feet is just for showing off. But it sure is fun!

Jitsie Lanyard Kill Switch Problem.
I would bet they are not wired in the right place and/or poorly grounded.

Recommendations For Summer Gear?
I prefer the mx pants, but remove all tags including large logos sewn on the legs. Throw away the elbow pads once you start feeling good about the bike. If it is truly warm, wear a t-shirt.

Montesa Cota 200 Restoration
That is a different rim. I would look closely at the hubs as they would break. I had mine for 17 years and replaced both hubs due to fractures.

Montesa Cota 200 Restoration
I would get a used (or borrow) a carb, then make sure it runs. The kick start gear and trans were weak points. I would not spend any more money until you are certain what works. They are great handling bikes. Right now I wished I`d not sold mine!

Beta Rev3 Splutter
Just curious, are you sure the fan is running and the coolant circuit is good. Ever have the water pump cover off for inspection? Just wondering if the bike is just running too hot.

40Mm Marzocchi Forks Disassembly (And Hopefully, Reassembly)
To answer the question, all zoochi`s come apart the same. The `09 had a cartridge change.

40Mm Marzocchi Forks Disassembly (And Hopefully, Reassembly)
Did you read step #3. Make sure no air is left in the system?

Rev3 Corroded Waterpump Housing Rebuild
Actually it is a nice repair. I did one on a `92 Zero over 15 years ago that is still holding. I would have gave up and bought a new cover the way the seal was gone. Good job.
-
Rev3 Swingarm
It should fit. The only concern I would look at is the caliper mount.

What Does A Jotagas Really Weigh?
{I put my 240 on the trailer and went to the local truck scale ... Weighed bike on and bike off ... Scale is certified to be accurate . And my trusty 240 pro came out at 168 lbs full of fuel .!!!!} Sorry Glenn, A CAT scale in that weight range is accurate to +,or minus 20 lbs.

Moto Van Ideas...
Well I live in the dry southwest (nm). Camping in the summer months usually means in the cool mountains. Shade is about all we need to stay cool other wise. By the way, I freeze 4 gallon jugs of water and at least a dozen small water bottles to keep my refreshments nice and cool. As long as I have a cold one, no air conditioner needed. But if you live in the humid part of Texas, I could see a use for a generator!

Bleeding Front Brake
By the way move the adjuster back out. It will never work with it adjusted all the way. The master cylinder piston has to freely move in and out.
-
Beta Techno Information Required
They were good bikes for the most part, very crappy rear brakes.
-
Bleeding Front Brake
So you rebuilt the caliper. Did you rebuild the master cylinder too?

Sherco Front Forks Query
You can guess all day. Take them apart!

Ty80 Spark Plug Issue
In my world I would burn it out. But I have few neighbors close by. Trouble is the exhaust gets packed up real easy, and sometimes those little bikes have a thousand hours on them.

Ty80 Spark Plug Issue
Even when running well a TY8o will go through plugs. Another thing you might do is clean out the exhaust. But always carry a few plugs. It does not hurt to run the engine hard a few times each day!
