  1. Actually your best rider just finished the Ute Cup last weekend with 3 points on a Gas Gas.
  2. You will not damage the clutch, in fact you probably need to burn the clutch in a bit for it to work properly. The Gasser clutch is quite touchy on clutch pack thickness. Go to a trials and ask the top riders what they run for oil.
  3. Your parts guys are stupid and lazy. Walk out to almost any dirt bike on the show room floor and you will find one that will work.
  4. So you have had other hydraulic clutched bikes? Most people always get the lever adjustments wrong and ATF works better than any other oil.
  5. You really need the whole exhaust updated to accomplish any result.

    Beta evo 80. 2019

Actually the ty80 is a better choice for his age. It just does not look modern enough.
  7. After all this, have you tried running the bike with the gas cap off? It could not be venting properly. Every trials bike seemed to have venting problems in 2018 for various reasons.
  8. The whole clutch basket needs to come off. It is the single bolt in the center. That is the idler gear that is broke.
  9. Get a 7mm 12 point socket to take apart the clutch. You will have lots of debris to clean out
  10. At minimum he broke the Bart gear. Maybe need the idler gear and spring too. Just have take it apart.
  11. Well you could get an orange Sherco and get a leaking fuel tank.
  12. Buy a Vertigo and give us real updates on its realiability.
  13. Did you actually remove the slow jet?
  14. It could be just our fuel over here, but when it sits for awhile you get just a little bit of a gel like residue that messes up the slow jet circuit.
  15. The gasket was on a 2004 gasser around 2014 with a del orto. It was the std gasket for the needle valve. Ethynol is terrible in Keihin carbs due to the passageways in the jet tower. https://advrider.com/f/threads/keihin-death-barble.1285977/ I recently sold my Beta. Now ride a TRS. My son just bought a left over 300rr. We do not run ethynol in anything, but our cars.
  16. Luckily I live in a farming community and they still sell non ethonal to the farmers. They only seal or rubber that has ever swell was the gasket for the needle valve. For the life of me I could not get the float set correctly on a rebuild.
  17. Your TRS states no ethonol so the tank does not swell.
  18. It will destroy your tank, then the carb.
  19. Was this the video you watched? The 2018 rr and on are different, so Al had a different issue.
  20. Maybe replace the spacer with another spring?
  21. By the way, those actually unscrew off the fork leg. So you can do the fork seal without taking the whole fork apart.
  22. Those are probably Hebo brand forks. Seals you can find easily. Takes 299cc 5wt. I forget what size they are, just pop one out.
  23. The plates are stuck together. Try rocking it back and fourth in an upper gear before you start it. If you have plenty of room, just ride it around with the clutch in for a few minutes and it usually frees itself
