  1. You have the head or the cylinder off? Usually if it seized the rings would be stuck to the piston. A picture would be good or have someone look at it.
  2. Pull the carb from the reed cage. Leave the seat bolts out and install inlet from air box. Push seat and carb back into reed boot and tighten. You can actually pry the carb to stretch the rubbers to fit. Install seat bolts.
  3. The piston melted o to the rings. If you are lucky, just piston and rings. If you are unlucky you took out the rod.
  4. No oil! Yikes, the piston probably siezed. Pull the front exhaust pipe to get a peek at the piston and rings.
  5. What mix are you running with the fuel?
  6. Lean on the pilot as it is a fuel screw. Might remove that oring on top. Could just be sucking more air.
  7. It could take 80 psi. Lube well and try more air. Best if you have a clip on your chuck to stand back.
  8. Are you blowing air out the six inches or it is not seated?
  9. Try just taking a photo with your phone. It is your bike record your own numbers. Clubs have plenty to do without needing anymore added.
  10. The 2019 RR does have this new mount.
  11. And that is why I have no tools at work. Red Neck tool box. Cut, grind and weld. Torch, Grinder and welder.
  12. You should anti seize all the nipples on a bike you plan to keep.
  13. Just cut the end off an allen wrench, and then use a regular wrench to turn it.
  14. It was the 200X that had the desirable big fin head.
  15. It is basic plumbing. Crap goes downhill great, uphill poorly.
  16. The shift shaft broke it`s weld. You have to remove the right side cover and clutch. You either need a new shift shaft or find a good welder. Actually re-reading your post, the shaft could be just bent. But it still means a new shift shaft. As far as the slipping goes you will need new friction plates.
  17. Have you trimmed back the coil wire at the cap?
  18. Except for the leaking fuel tanks.
  19. Kids have always ridden the crap out of bikes. We did have more than a decade where fewer kids actually rode bikes for fun. Could be the push for more bike paths and watching the extreme sports more. The only kids that have ever progressed from bicycles to trials were son`s and daughters of trials riders. Reality still is the money for the bikes come from men older than 30. And most trials riders are older than forty. The latest trend is more grand father`s are still riding and footing the bill for the grand kids to join them. In our club the problem was so many riders never had kids. The one`s that did have kids are the people who keep the club going for the next generation of life time riders. PS You do not want to see what they teach now. Barely anything the correct way. Try to find a kid that can tell time or do any math.
  20. It is fine, I just looked at my son`s bike, and it is similar. The photo magnified makes it appear worst than it is. The pipe is in all the way and no leaks. Go ride it!
  21. Have you ever dropped the bike? Exhausts move all the time on all bikes. Unless they just sit in the garage. No oil, no problem.
  22. Well you could look it up through the parts manual.
  23. I would say you need a heavier spring in the rear.
  24. Hate to tell you but you caliper is on wrong. Hard to tell by the picture. I bet if you roll the bike backwards with the brake on the caliper moves with it. The brake arm is usually flush with the swing arm . There is a bolt that breaks off, quite common.
  25. That second hole is to get at the bolt on the shifter.
