The one is a pressure relief valve. Interesting that there are two different size washers available. Adjustment by shim thickness? Have no idea about the other until I pull a motor apart.

We have had several riders that overfilled the bikes, make sure it`s in the sight glass. I also got more oil out tilting the bike far to each side with everything removed.

Looks to me like the stop bolt at the master cylinder is too short as the lever sits too far out causing the plunger to come about.

It`s 1.02 from partszilla. Or just make one from cardboard from a beer box.

Just go buy an o ring kit at the auto parts store or harbor freight.

The owners/service manual shows where. Drain bolt under skid plate, oil filter on right hand case and same bolt on the bottom of each side case which also have two screen type filters. You have do them all. Careful not to overfill, use the sight glass. Seems right around 700 cc.

It`s not the tire, it`s the rim. But it`s cheaper to buy the tire. We have 4 2016`s at work with Dunlops and have never had a flat.

You do know that the pilot flows through two different holes. One directly in the bottom of the slide and one in front of the slide, both have to be clear.

Clean the pilot circuit in the carb. The pilot jet is probably plugged.

Remember if you do the same thing over and over and get the same results, try a different approach.

Read the manual and you will see it`s std on these bikes. A meter is best, but by ear it`s a too fast idle. I don`t ride one, but we have 8 of them at work.

Nothing wrong with the maps. Are you running the 1800 rpm idle speed. That`s usually the problem.

First off I hope you did not get oil on the fresh pads. If you did they are ruined. So put the old pads back in until you get it bleed. Take the caliper off the bike and bleed it with a clear hose. Hang the caliper high and keep the m/c at the lowest point. You might have to stop and refill the m/c. Remember to put something between the pad s so the pucks do not push out. This is the best way to get all the air out. You can take the whole thing off the bike and hang it in your garage.

If it`s the S3, make sure you drive the nuts home (Flat). As one local did not and ruined his stator. I installed it the second time around.

I`m just the opposite with my son. Just out of High school and going to college. We are having the time of our lives, now that he is no longer doing team sports. (Mom`s plans) We both won our class this year and camp 2 to 5 days a month. Probably do about 25 events this year!

All the auto`s suck. Don`t waste your time. The ty 80 works until he is big enough for a Beta 80.

You tube it, we will watch in awe. But, I would have just bought another bike.

Actually I think the Beta is the better bike if you are riding with a modern club. I think you should keep both, that way you should always have one running, The Fantic will sell quick and the Beta might never sell. I`ve had a TR33 for sale for over a year and no takers.

I`d put the Beta up for sale and if it did not sell, keep both.

With the age groups, he must be asking how many years of trials we have been riding. Our club probably has almost 20% in each age group.
