Well if you make it to Kingman next year, you will get to see the engineers chase Fuji and Bou around.

I prefer a torch, a little tough on the plastic of the EVO.

I find most problems are brought on by the owner one way or another. Check out any of the forums that actually give on honest answer on what the end result of the problem was. The exception might be the electronics as they are almost all made in china now and the new style connectors seem to have constant connectivity issues. This includes the 4RT as they have issues that other bikes would never have. Otherwise every time a new model comes along is when the most complaints happen.
Back to the question, no. Most of the bikes in the mid eighties were built better. TY Mono, RTL`s, TR34, Fantics.

Actually they pointed to the tower where the pilot jet sits. Way more of an angle than you would think. http://trialsport.com.au/beta/Manuals/mikuni/

You need to clean the choke circuit including the float bowl.
-
Beta USA trials team manager has ridden the 4T ever since it came out as the rev 4. Always without the tensioner.
-
You can run without them on most bikes.
-
The biggest problem I could see is changing elevation often. That is what I have issues with. From the way I understood it the mapping has to be changed, and it is not so simple to find a dealer.

You wanna be bicycle guys. This is a top rider that crashed with a full face bike helmet.

You can always shift up with your heel.
-
I personally don`t care what helmet anyone wears. But a helmet should not give you more confidence to ride bigger obstacles. Your ability should be what gives you the desire and will to ride untried obstacles. Then again I started riding trials before helmets were required.
-
It`s like that every year. Seems to be a few 16`s still around.
-
I`m expert enough to know what I see, and it`s no picture. I would assume you are talking about the over flow that someone might have plugged.

The MT43 came stock on all Aprilia Climber`s sold. The front was the best as it had a wider foot print. I have not ridden on a current one. Kind of wonder if something has changed as they are sold as street legal. Might be worth trying on my 348.

Sounds like the crank was flooded with fuel.
-
Reality is we lose access to Federal lands while the Democrats are in charge, hopefully we can get some trials areas back while Trump is in office.

Here`s to getting our riding areas back.

Plates are just stuck. Ride it around with the clutch pulled in, try a few small wheelies, hit the bakes, it will come loose. No parts needed.
-
Parts for the old junkers are becoming obsolete. Case in point, 2009 and older skid plates are no longer available.
-
Trials is a body position required sport. If your body does not participate, the bike will not respond. Small seat, low bars and squatting is the normal stance. It used to be a normal human position till the modern toilet was invented.
PS, years ago I injured my neck hopping on the rear tire of a Monty. Wearing a helmet sucked for several years. Good luck. Maybe a vinyl Taco Cap.
-
In turns it is always better to over exaggerate every move than not enough. Good luck with creating correct muscle memory.
-
They have a guy with a computer that follows them around like stuck on glue. Fuji seems to get the most attention, depending on the day.
-
Throw that crap away, bend your knees and elbows. That`s like reinventing the wheel with bumps every 1/4 turn.
-
The side stand is plenty strong to hold up the bike. So just buy a new one or do without. You either leaned your body weight on it or it sunk in the muck and snapped. I watched my boy do the same several months ago.
