Just burn it out. Start a slow burn with a torch at one end, once burning continue with just a small amount of oxygen. You can see it`s progress from the outside of the pipe. Needless to say, do it in an open area away from the neighbors. Would not worry about the inner pipe.

Remember that is 4 days of work for the show, which takes away a lot of hours elsewhere.
-
Did you get the KS timed correctly?
-
Got to be a reason the PHB26 was the popular choice. Never had a problem with them. Only time I have worked on the VHST I could not get pilot jets. But that was long ago.

Wrong Cope. It is very confusing since they have changed the vacuum in `14 to the center case on the left side. Since they did this the new manifolds come plugged even though the bung still is there. The `15 would be easy to do with the manifold and shorter cable. You also need this weird shaped adapter for the air box as the Del orto is smaller at both ends. The 13 would be hard because you need a vacuum port on the manifold. Unless you got lucky and found old stock.
I just converted a `12 250 to a Keihin, I was p****d as it should have been pretty simple.
The 13 would need manifold 3154, cable C076 and adapter 2369. Good luck on the manifold being a bolt on item.

Main jet is not even close at half that size. You might check your eyeballs.
-
It happens, but usually the cause is the push pin is adjusted to far in and it pinches the rubber.
-
Funny, I was just working on a fairly new bike today that was four stroking at idle. The rod for the choke was bent just enough not to let it sink home. Good luck on your problem.
-
You do see the locating pins and the rings have to fit the ends at the pins.
-
Are you wearing trials boots? It`s hard to find with stiff boots.
-
With noise and irregular running and age, it might need mains and seals. Normal for a two stroke.

The starter does not usually break. The threads tend to get torn up due to lack of maintenance.
-
All full face helmets that meet USA requirements are way to heavy.
Any AMA- or FIM-approved helmet is required to be worn whenever operating a motorcycle at a Trials site.
Bicycle helmets do not work, They will explode if a bike lands on one hard.

Nothing Spanish is plug and play between systems.
-
It all depends on brakes, clutch, gearing and amount of flywheel vs. traction, grade (Steepness) and skill level.
-
If it`s a constant knock like almost a rod, but not as severe it could be kick start bits floating around. The kick start pawl chips and travels to the primary gear and becomes inbedded in the teeth. Sometimes it takes a magnify glass to see it. Good luck on finding the noise.

Trials is not as easy as it seems. If you are just one year in, you are still a baby at this sport. Confidence can be tough at times. Or it could be everyone else has ridden forever. Take a look at your training. It helps if you ride with someone else that tends to push you along in the right direction. Biggest thing is to have fun, placement should not matter.

Then clean the choke circuit out. It`s the long jet with the o ring and also where it connects to the bowl of the carb has to be clear.
-
You might try the pick up coil. It`s in the last post of this thread. http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/topic/2338-gg-2005-300-problems-starting/page-3
-
You just remove the 3? plate screws, not the coils themselves. The plate should just pop out.
-
Remember all those kicks is wearing out the crappy kick start pawl (Bart as it`s called for it`s half moon shape). The gasser does not have a full 360 degree gear, it is very short. Sounds like you are not getting fuel when cold. Throw the bike on the ground to prime the carb. Use the starting method I explained in your other post. You might be just too low on compression.
P.S, when I bought my Raga the previous owner sold it because he could not start it. For awhile I had my son start it for me until I figured it out. Good luck.

Usually the flywheel, unless it has been relocated. Condensers are made to die. Coils usually not. New points never hurt. P and C was the drill back in the day.
-
It`s probably fine, you are not getting movement on both transmission shafts. You are only moving one.
