  1. i thought the rev 3 rear shock was best of all. totally mainrtenance free
  2. Agree, gone are the days of an amateur club running a world round with a bit of sponsorship here and there. It takes a business man type organisation now- I'd say a world round turns over a couple of hundred K?
  3. I can't understand how people can justify the money they do to go watch a bunch of dickheads kick a ball around a field. Beats me.
  4. Yes 490 Maico- I used to have one of those, the biggest challenge was not starting but staying on it and keeping the front wheel down when I was on it. Some tool!
  5. It depends on your level or riding, the amca affiliated club- Moto Trial NI cater more for beginners and clubmen so the hard route in one of their trials would be like clubman in an MCUI trial. So it would cost you £30 to enter an MCUI trial, or £25 to enter Moto Trial NI.
  6. your ACU license will be valid, you will need start permission though http://www.knockmotorcycleclub.co.uk/TrialsRules14.pdf Also the website above is the main site for trials in NI- with all the dates etc

  10. Id say not his choice but GG could afford to pay him.
  11. I have said this all along......make 5 sections that are spectacular for the crowd and that challenge the first 5......make the rest of the lap that most decent national riders can paddle through.....that will boost the entries no end if 10 or so national riders rode each round and they would, its a full lap of 5's that puts them off. Will it change the attendance figures.....no because people will still come to watch Bou etc
  12. id say that bike of kuroyamas in the link above is a 350 lol.

  16. Most people have to work to keep the family going.....its ok for OAP's with nothing better to do to sit all night at centre meetings etc talking nonsense...no 6am rise for them.
  17. Japan cant even be bothered to field a team in the TDN- they dont deserve a world round
  18. Beta is a bit heavier if your gonna trick ride but has better suspension. Bolts on beta can be retightened, removed etc Bolts on pro are made of cheese.
